The service here could be a lot better. Both representatives had a attitude and would not let me really speak without making me feel like they were irritated. I’m on customer service and just listening to the customer speaks volumes. The issue was slightly resolved, but I had to turn back around and come in. When I came back in, I tried to speak to the other representative, who got an attitude with me. When I asked, was she available she said I will be in a second and then she walked off and went in the back room for a few minutes. I understand that some people that specialize in a particular area, feel like they know what they’re talking about but you have to pay attention to what the customer is asking you. I had already spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and they could not help me which there was some odd issue that was going on in the phone. I just wish there was better customer service and they would listen to the customer before making assumptions and cutting customers off. Attitude is everything. I was told the manager would be in later. There was not a manager on staff.

Sally was a life saver. I was sad for 3 or 4 days but when I went to T-Mobile. Sally was there and helped me with my email for business. I hope she stays forever.

Went here for help because my new iPhone was running slowly got no help as a matter of fact the lady who waited on me pretty much laughed in my face and treated me like I was ignorant while she shifted the blame to another issue. I WONT GO BACK

Let me say that I dealt with Sarah at T-Mobile and she really got the job done and made it look easy. She re opened an old account set me up with my same number and arranged it so I kept a phone I had and liked. I was very pleased with her customer service and that of T-Mobile and would recommend issue resolution by her to anyone. Thank you Sarah for the great customer satisfaction. She was knowledgeable and was HARD working at getting it done right!!

Had an issue at first with the Wi-Fi that I purchased, but took it back they fixed it took it home, hooked it up, have no issues If I can give them more stars I would. Thank you.

Beware of this being done to you at this store. They sold us a business plan and we got to try it for the first few months before the contract was final. So during that period our phones were the best we ever had. We live out in the country and service was hard to come by so this was great. As soon as the try it months ended our phones went down hill so fast until now they are the worst phones ever. I looked online and during the first couple months until your contract is final they give you priority access to towers so it makes the service better than it will be once they have you in contract.This was posted several places by t mobile employees or former employees and this is just the worst way to do business

Just extremely rude bunch of people. Customer support, sent me to this location to exchange a device, because according to support this store had the phone available and in stock. I get there and tell them which device I would like to purchase & without even looking they say sorry we don’t have any available. So then I ask if they have the device available in variation (any color, any gb) and am still told they have 0. How is it possible, customer support tells me a location has plenty available, yet 20 mins later when I arrive at the store they have 0 of any model. Ended up going to another T-Mobile location 10 mins down the road and was able to open a new line, get the phone and color I wanted with the amount of gbs, have it setup and leave within 25 mins. Terrible customer service, just flat out rude and unhelpful on any level. Completely lack basic communication skills.Updating the stars from 1 to 3, because the other T-Mobile location on Parkway Village was such a pleasure to deal with & T-Mobile as a brand has came along way. However this store really needs training. 2 employees, both ladies ( I did not catch their names) were rude, defensive and answered my questions in a very matter of fact tone with no interest in providing a solution. Both employees acted as if I were a burden to them. Hopefully the owner or District manager is able to train these employees to be team members & problem solvers in the future.

I will DITTO the comment on Kate being the Best.I had a very bad experience at the Mount Airy T-Mobile and Kate changed my mind about T-Mobile to Positive again. Going To Winston Salem was worth the trip.

Jessica and Elliot were both very friendly, informative and professional. I drove here from the location next to walmart on peters creek because of terrible customer service. I will be driving the extra 15 minutes from now on for all my tmobile needs

Cat needs to work on her customer service big time. I moved out of state and she talked to me like I was stupid and when I got my mom on the phone who is my accounts authorized user she was very rude. Will not be coming back to this location.

Kat helped me yesterday and today with a Fitbit watch. She was great & I appreciate everything she did for me. Very helpful, nice and listened to me.My watch does not work after 5 days and I'm not happy

I've been with T-Mobile for a very long time in this experience was the worst experience I've ever had with the new staff. The moment that I walked into the door the young lady was rude and smart mouth and me from the beginning. Absolutely horrible experience if you look in a good service I suggest not to go to this location until they change their ways and their staff.

Not really thrilled with this location. I had the T-Mobile Home Internet Device that I returned in DECEMBER!! Gave it to a representative, said they would handle it. Then I get a $400 dollar bill saying I didn't return the device at the beginning of February. My wife returned to this location and they "have no record" of us returning the device. I am fairly frustrated with this and they basically told my wife there isn't much they can do. So apparently this location has trouble scanning in devices yet I am going to have to pay for their lack of follow through.
