You want a store with the most unhelpful people working there. This is the place. Terrible customer service. They will tell you to call a number which can offer you no help what so ever. If you know exactly what you want shop Target. If you need to ask a question about anything, shop someplace else.

Although Target has wonderful finds at high quality, from groceries to home goods and appliances, finding an actual employee on the floor to help you is definitely going to be a chore within this particular location. It amazes me how this remains a superstore yet the prices are mostly high while the employees staffed to be upon the floor are at a laughable low. because of this apparent reason, I do not ever become a frequent shopper at this particular store just so that I save myself from headaches. Although never crowded whenever I am inside, I find it quite odd how there's always only a couple of cashiers actually working any and every time that I'm there. Thank God for their handful of self-checkout machines.

The shopping selection is usually pretty good. My issue is the cashier playing on her phone while myself and other customers were at her checkout line. I get that we all want to get on our phones to see what's new or what's going on, but not while you have customers right infront of you.

I have been to cleaner and more organized Walmarts. This target is in disarray. Nothing is organized, clothes ALL OVER the floor in every department, lines at the registers 5-6 people deep. Not a single employee bothers to greet you. Just a complete mess. Never been to a trashy target, this one takes the cake.

I bought a used bike and rode it to Target to buy a lock. I parked it inside in between the two red doors at the entrance. However, when I was in line with the lock I noticed it was gone. The woman at the register said they saw somebody steal it. Now I don't have a bike.

I love coming here to buy stuffs for my house and my baby. Everyone seems very nice and patient except for one of the lady at the register. I came to her few times for checkout but she seem very impatient and rude to the point that I think she is being discriminated to me. Like today when checking me out , she was mockingly complaining about me to her coworker and being very disrespectful.

I love the concept of Target. I love free WiFi so my kid can play YouTube while I drink a five dollar coffee that adds an unnecessary 500 calories to my a** and buy things I don't need. I will forever love the 1-3-5 aisle. Also, I estimate my daughter has about three years of Cat & Jack left and this is the cutest child clothing brand of all. However, this particular Target, in North Winston-Salem either has designs on being a Walmart or their manager defected from the brand. They operate strictly on the one cashier vs all customers school of thought. They do this to force self checkout, but there is only one grouchy and not in a hurry woman who mans this mess and I'm not about that life. I did have a great experience with in store pickup, super friendly and efficient girl at the customer service desk. But when Target should be the place you go because you're a mom in your thirties and the whole model was built to drain you of your life savings, this Target has more of the Walmart feel. You only go when you absolutely must and have no other options. Because there is no joy and the line to hell is particularly long.

This is the best Target ive been to in all of North Carolina. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and they seem to be stocked the best compared to others I've visited.

Overall good selection of items from toddler to teen and everything between! The store has always been clean when we have shopped there. Even the bathrooms have been tidy every time! While I think much of the staff could be friendlier, I realize not every place has ChickFila style cheerful staff. (Bummer! Haha) I will say that last time we went there my 3yr old pitched a big ole fit and since he is my youngest of 5 kids I just kept in shopping and the staff didn't look remotely annoyed. I obviously tried to settle the kid down and hurry myself up but in the meanwhile they were kind about his fussy self and a few gave understanding momma grins. That was refreshing. :)

My mom and I visited this Target while we were out and about Saturday and we both love Target. This is the closest one to Mayberry so why not spend 30 minutes in the car and drive down to it with family. The store is always clean and well stocked which is great. The Starbucks in this Target looks awesome!! The only downside about this and even other Targets is that they never carry enough men selections. The clothes for guys look boring...so come on...give us more options!
