I bought four twelve packs of Diet Dr Pepper from a Hanes Mall store display today that clearly said “Buy 3, get 1 free”. I got home to find that I paid for four. The display must have been labeled incorrectly. So frustrating.

Last night the cashier told us we couldn't pay for our items at the register in the back of the store (electronic department) and didn't give a reason why, when I've been doing it for years because I have a horrible anxiety order and waiting in lines gives me panic attacks, now what? Thanks for making my shopping experience 10x harder for me because you suck at your job, just say you're too lazy to ring up my items and stop making excuses

Worst big store experience ever. No shopping carts. Clothing sections are trashed. Looks like they just dumped boxes of clothes. Terrible. Don’t bother

Target only had 1 register opened! When I approached the line the cashier told me she was closed! I maybe had 2 - 3 items! Turned to go to self check out and the line was very long! So I left my merchandise in the cash register behind the one that was opened and left! Why on earth would there only be 1 cashier at a time!!!! And just self check out!!!

Long story short: Last week, I went to Target to buy a trash can and other items. Just as I was trying to scan my items at the self-checkout, I was abruptly approached by a store employee, who asked if he could open my trash can. Why? I didn’t know; I didn’t even ask him why. Without hesitation, I complied. But as I walked out of the store, feeling embarrassed, I started to wonder and asked myself: Why did he ask that? Was it on suspicion of shoplifting? Do I look like a shoplifter to him? Was his unwarranted suspicion based on racial stereotypes? Why did I allow him to even open my trash can in the first place?
Target, please take appropriate actions, especially when it comes to training your employees well.

I think I’m repeating a lot of other points already said here but they’re always understaffed. They have 4 self check outs and usually only 1 (2 if you’re lucky) other open register. It takes forever to get through check out. Not to mention you have to pay attention to their dairy; I have seen multiple times dairy past its sell-by date and even accidentally bought one myself. They’re only in business because people don’t want to deal with Walmart, not because they’re doing a good job :/

Store is always a hot mess. Shelves in disarray. Carts full of merchandise sitting in middle of aisles. Associates not helpful

I ordered two items twice and both times they didn’t have the items. When I ordered both times, they showed they had plenty in stock. Not shopping with Target again

The store was busy with holiday shoppers. It looked well-stocked. There were several self-checkout stations and cashier-assisted ones, too. I didn’t see any long lines of shoppers waiting to check out. The ladies restroom was clean and there was no waiting.

Worst return experience in my whole life. Bought thru Today Show deals. Bought 2 pair of size 8 and needed size 9. Went to my local Target treturns and told person. I wanted to exchange for size 9. They only had one pair in the store so I took the one pair to evenly exchange and return the other. The clerk rang up the one pair at full price when I asked why. They said it was not at same price in store and they had to charge me the full price!!!
I will NEVER buy at Target again. The worst return clerk and policy I have ever seen and I am 73 years old. So no slippers for me!

Employees filling online pickup orders have no regard for in store customers, nearly running myself and others over with the carts. Only had two checkout lanes open, which led to a 20 minute waiting game to purchase 3 items. The cashier was monotone as hell and seemed like she’d rather be literally anywhere else than at work. Save your breath and go to Walmart, honestly.
