Please pay people more so you can get more employees.
There are only ever 2 registers open and I don't use self-checkout. I don't want to wait for 45 minutes just to check out.
The store is always in disarray. I don't blame the employees either, it's due to skeleton crews for years at this point. This is a management/corporate issue.

My pickup order has been processing for 7 hours. I ordered at 12pm it’s 7pm..
I’ll stay at the targets in Greensboro at least they have structure

Did a online order they gave me all the wrong sizes went back in and told the lady she gone asked me do you think we have any more over there so I went to look and there wasn’t but I say this to say if I wanted to go look for the stuff myself i wouldn’t have did a online pick up

I have never been to a target that isn’t helpful or would lie to you about what they have in stock. Made a call about a certain item and was told I could buy the item. I show up to buy the item and I am told they can’t sell me the item or that they don’t have it.

cashier at the starbucks in this target was so rude and just had an attitude. seriously contemplated driving to a whole new starbucks.

Two stars because my drive-up order was stolen in the store (so minus the first star for the orders being kept in an unsecure location), then they were not able to refill my total order because they did not have everything I needed, just one of three items were available. The associate who came to talk to me told me I had to accept the order in full anyway (minus the second star for that - I should never have to sign to acknowledge I received something I didn't.) and told me they were searching to see if there were other things, but left without explaining the full return process. So I left the store, apparently I should have remained and gotten the employee to do more stuff to "accept" my never received return order. (The third star was removed for the associate not giving me the time or effort to explain the return process to me.)
I left two stars because it is ultimately the thief's fault and other associates did look for replacement items for me. But overall, not a great experience because the orders were not secure and there was subpar customer service for the experience I had - both in having to accept an order I didn't receive and for not giving me a full explanation and helping me for the "return." I have attempted to call the store to resolve the issue once getting home and no one answers the phone. It keeps ringing with no end once I choose to talk to someone from the order pick up option.

Go here if you want your car to get hit while you’re inside and they have no cameras in the parking lot even though I was parked near the front. So they were just like… sorry

So I go to purchase stuff from Target and it wouldn't scan to check out. They apparently wanted to keep it more and open it for themselves as Target employees. This is football cards they had on their shelf for sale but once I found them and went to check out the "manager" didn't know they had them in and all of a sudden nothing scanning in their system.. I spent 1hour dealing with this after all the run around and all they got nothing done and said the stuff was vendors and they can't do anything.. so apparently Target has the right to refuse to sale you something they have for sale on their shelf. I don't believe that's how this is supposed to work and I will be reaching out to corporate to see what can be done about this because you can not refuse the right to sale me something because you feel like it and or want it for yourself.

I was just at target a young lady (Jakarta P) checked me out. I also watched her interaction with other customers. I will say Target is lucky to have her. She has a great personality and very customer friendly .
