“I had a incident here and I was pretty upset about it. I left a review here explaining what happened, but I am now changing my review.
I went back there today and they took care of me for the mix up. They went above and beyond to fix the problem that had happened, and to keep my as a customer. They absolutely showed their appreciation for me being a customer more than anywhere I have been.
I left a negative review first due to this incident, and I wrote it when I really turned off, and probably was a little more harsh than I should have been.
I am now changing this review from a 1 star to a 5 star solemnly based on how they helped me with what had happened. I will always come back to this store no matter what.
To the cashier who was working the morning the incident happened, I'm sorry if I came off as a jerk. I was just mad (at myself) and I shouldn't have wrote the harsh review that I did. I sincerely apologize for what I said in that review. I was hot at the moment and should have cooled down before writing it.
These guys are the best. You can tell they genuinely care. Thank you all who work there, and again, I am sorry for being so hot headed.”

“Nicsalt selection seems rather small as in terms of different brands but i explained what kind of flavor i was looking for and what he recommended ended up being very good and i love it.
I am super picky and 80% of the nicsalts that i buy; i dont like and i throw them away. The main guy that works there also has a great vibe and knew his stuff so ill be back.”
