“I have been shopping at Rolly's for years as a proud aunt and great aunt. Each time I enter the store I am greeted by name and feel like I am their favorite customer! Melanie always gives me the best advice, patiently answering my many questions about what would be the perfect gift. Each item is unique and of high quality from the clothing, furniture (rocker/recliner/glider purchased last year was made in the USA ??) and toys. Every present I have purchased has been wrapped beautifully. Melanie takes the extra step in mailing my purchases to my out of state family always making sure they arrive on time for the special occasion. I highly recommend Rolly's for a wonderful shopping experience.”
“Update: I’m only giving this store a few more stars only for the good staff members. Ms. Meganne and a few other kind ladies. But I do mean what I said about the two others. The kind employees do truly work and really listen to how you would like your bear stuffed and the others I can’t say much.
Y’all’s evening crew is terrible. Also that short blond lady that pushes the cart for stock. Her attitude sucks. Girl you need a reality check. However, the early morning/evening crew is decent. There is one lady who was super kind to my sister and I. Whoever that was, I think her name was Meganne. She was the best! But the heavyset blonde lady and the skinny blonde lady who pushes stock, y’all are bullies and I’m not scared of you. You act like little demons and should be ashamed of yourselves.”
“Super fantastic mall. Clean, fresh, airy place to shop. Macy's, JC Penny's lots of shoe stores and stores for all ages. A great food court with lots to choose from. Bench's to sit are rest your tired feet.”
“I've been shopping here since it opened and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are very helpful and very nice. I like the layout of this store better than some. The store has a nice flow of the merchandise that makes sense to me. They do a good job of keeping them store organized and that's hard in retail.”
“Visited on a quick trip through Winston-Salem and if you're a comic fan at all you HAVE to make a stop here.It's a well spaced, extremely well organised store. Along with the alphabetical sorting, their back issues have a little section with covers organised by artist which was really cool!”

“Could have spent all day here. Had a great first trip to re-collect today. My son and I came in to browse and I didn’t want to leave. Re-Collect has everything you could ask for. Toys new and vintage, movies., games, cards, back issue comics etc. What really made my day was chatting with the lady running the store. She made us feel welcome, gave us the lay of the land so we knew where to look for items that we were hunting for. Can’t wait to come back.”
