I don't have direct experience with them, but please think about this. My wife has been a home hospice nurse for Trellis for over 5 years. She went per diem about 2 years ago as her mom in PA was ill. She was always busy at work even per diem. She was devoted to her patients. She won several awards and was even featured along with other nurses in the Winston -Salem Journal a few years ago. THE reason she went into nursing.?The patient! Recently, with no notice to her or other per diem staff, Trellis decided they will no longer use them, which probably means over working there full time staff. Yes, it seems that its become about money over patients. Hospice pays less than other health care facilities, so it's basically a calling for those who provide care.Shame on you, Trellis, for treating your dedicated staff like that and probably knowing that patient care will be compromised!I work in healthcare myself, at the VA in Kernersville. I can no longer in good conscience recommend Trellis for the patients I work with or for their spouses. There are other hospice/palliative care organizations out there.Do your research before you decide.Thank you for your time in reading this.

I can't speak highly enough of the people at Trellis who provided care for my dad. He deserved the best and got it from everyone involved.

When my mom passed away there supply company took 11 days to pick up the bed that she died in that sat in our living room. No one even bothered with a visit after her death to see if we were ok. It's really sad that the most difficult time in my life was made harder by this so called supportive care company.

Wouldn’t recommend. They treat the patients and family like a number. Rushed visits. No sense of compassion.

Trellis Supportive Care helped us keep our 94 year old mother home in her room until her passing. The nurses were all extremely warm and friendly to Mom and were very caring in their treatment of her. Beverly, who answered my calls during the day was a wonderful supportive lady who always calmed me right down in a crisis. A special thank you to Tiffany, who might be the sweetest person on the planet! This wonderful nurse helped me prepare my Mom for the funeral home to pick up, and did so with grace and reverence. She is definitely one of the Lord’s special angel warriors. I highly recommend these wonderful caring caregivers.

In 2007 I could not get my brother's Health Care Power of Attorney to send him to Hospice in Winston Salem from Charlotte, I contacted Mrs. Tandra Denton from Hospice, she had him sent here the next day with a beautiful room and excellentcare, they were awesome. In 2019 Hospice care for my Mother until her death at home, where she passed away peacefully in her home. They cared for me as well through greif counseling. Thank you Trellis for the excellent supportive services you provided our family.Attorneys to send my brother's comatose

My father was in hospice for 3 days and the staff was WONDERFUL! They were caring and compassionate to all of our needs. They took the time that we needed and explained everything in great detail so that we felt very comfortable with the experience. I highly recommend Trellis if you are in a similar situation.

My late father received excellent care at Trellis Hospice House. The nurses were thoughtful, caring, and professional. They explained every detail in a loving, calm manner. The rooms are beautiful and even include items for visitors’ comfort. Trellis has excellent volunteers and a loving staff who demonstrate a calling for this work. Our family is so grateful for the support we received.

My mom is currently in this facility and with out a doubt the staff here are absolutely wonderful...the doctors, nurses,and CNAs have been extremely kind and helpful during this time .my family and I couldn't ask for any kinder and more compassionate Care givers to help us through the process of mom's final journey....I can't say thank you enough for all they have done
