Went to buy a fridge. Could not find an associate close by, so I went to the customer service desk where there were 5 associates hanging out talking and asked for some help. They made a page over the intercom and after waiting another 10-15 minutes with no assistance I just left. Poor management.

My mother purchased a GE stove back in February from Home Depot in Winston-Salem. Started having problems with it in the last few weeks. Finally got a GE service repair person and he told her the wires are completely wired wrong and not to turn it on anymore. Now she doesn't have a stove for at least two weeks while waiting for parts. She doesn't need parts! She needs a new stove! She's lucky her house didn't burn down! Very disappointed in Home Depot and GE. Would not recommend either to anyone!

On 12/11/21 we went to purchase a stove and dishwasher, the customer service was great, the order was scheduled for delivery for 12/17/21. On 12/13/21 we received an email that the delivery was rescheduled to 12/31/21. No big deal it will be here before the New Year. Nope on 12/27/21 we received another email that the delivery has been rescheduled to 1/14/22. At this point I'm speaking to management who states they will call you back the silence. I let it go, which brings me to today on 1/10/22 I received an email stating the delivery has been rescheduled to 2/24/22. Enough is enough, visited the store to request a refund only to find out I have to wait until 1/11/22 so they can confirm the items was not delivered. Offered to show the email as proof but they could not accept that as the need the cancellation number from the delivery department. If you have time to sit around and wait on your items to be delivered Home Depot is the place for you. I will be looking into making my purchase at Lowes Home Improvement. Never again will I step foot into Home Depot after I receive my refund!!!

I rented their flat bed truck @ $19 for 75 min to bring a kitchen cabinet to my home 2.5 miles away from the store. When I asked if I needed to put gas in the truck for such a short run and was told by the clerk to just make sure the gas gauge showed the same when I returned as when I left. The gauge showed just under a half tank when I left. 20 minutes later After having unloaded the cabinet at home I stopped for gas on my way back to the store. I put in a half gallon . The gauge never moved during my trip and was exactly in the same spot I found it after adding the gas. When the clerk went to check the truck on my return she told me that The gas reading showed I had not replaced the gas I used and that when I left the reading she made showed a complete half a tank and now it was below half a tank. I told her the gauge was below half a tank when I got in the truck. I showed the gas receipt. I explained my trip was only 5 miles. None of that made any difference. The manager who knows how to be rude in his politeness said the store does not track odometers and has no idea what kind of mileage their trucks get, preferring to listen to a clerk who thinks the gas meter was at half. They charged me $15 for gas for a 5 mile trip and lost a customer with their indifferent uncaring and dismissive attitude. Here the customer is flat out wrong all the time.

I might be strange but this place just makes me happy. When I drive up to it I just get a special thrill in my heart.. the last time I went here, I spent nearly an hour in the store.

Good luck on trying to get Custumer service on the phone! They either pick up just to hang up in you or don't pick up at all!

So frustrated!! I called ahead because I heard they were handing out the kids workshop crafts again and spoke to someone who confirmed they had them ready for pick up, then drove 30 minutes to get here all for them to say they are in the store but don’t know where. They didn’t even try to look either. They just said the person who usually handles that stuff wasn’t working today and for me to come back. Seriously?! Left the store with a very disappointed 4 year old and won’t be back.
