Very unprofessional bank. Opened an account and the person that serviced me was less than knowledgebale concerning how to open a checking account. Was in there over an hour to establish a new account. Upon completion of opening the account, the bank manager had to continously stop by to assist her with the new account. After all of the back and forth, she printed me the documents that only had information about what occurred. She sent me on my way without any information concerning the three accounts that were opened. Later that evening a call was made to Truliant to explain my issues. The person that I spoke with gave me all of the information that I needed to sign up for online banking to view everything that was not available to me earlier that day.Fast forward. I closed my account at a different bank and received a check (promised funds) Took that check to the ATM of Truliant and it is still sitting there inside. I went into the bank to inquire about it and was then told that new members have a nine days hold on their checks. NO ONE thought to tell me this before I placed all of my money in this bank!! You would think that this is important information concerning one's funding. Now there is a possibility that I will be late on a couple of bills because I still have near a week just to receive funds that belong to me.I do not recommend this bank. One thing is that I don't feel safe rolling up to their ATM. The cameras on the machine is well above car height so if someone was to walk up to me, how would they be identified. Once the money clears, the account will be closed. This is the worst experience, other than digital bank robbers, that I have ever had at a financial facility.

This business is the worst ever. They take forever to deposit your paycheck. Don't expect it at midnight like most banks and credit unions do it might in your account the day it maybe by 10 or 11 am and really don't expect it early that won't happen. Stay away don't risk it
