We had a great experience with this service, were able to move on time and do everything as we planned, very happy with how everything turned out. Good nice truck, good fork lifter. Everything went as expected. No problems or inconveniences.

This is a mini market, not sure how they became "certified" to handle U-Haul. I was sent here initially by U-Haul's 800 number. Upon arrival I was greeted by two women, they were friendly but not very knowledgable on how the whole U-Haul system works. I asked if I could drop off the Auto Trailer and then come back and drop off the truck as I need to unload my stuff. They seemed a little puzzled so they went outside to talk to two male associates (their husbands?) who were pumping gas. They seemed puzzled too, asked me to do it myself. I told him I didn't work for U-Haul and didn't know how to safely detach the AT. They came over to help, but then one of them said "I don't even get paid for this". Based on his comment I asked if he could direct me to someone who is actually getting paid to do the U-Haul work. Both men got upset and left my car half detached from the AT. However I had no idea they had partially detached the car, straps, etc. I drove around for about 5 miles with my vehicle unstrapped on the AT, fortunately the car stayed on the AT, I can't even imagine what would've been had the car fallen while I drove around to the next U-Haul business. Stay away from this location, buyer beware!
