I hate that this location is hit with shoplifting often, because they have great employees! Since the perfume is all locked away, Jen took the time to not only show me several, but also gave me recommendations based off of my preferences. Flora took the time to chat a bit checking me out! I’ll be back, they’re kinder than the one I usually go to :)

Went in today and found a new foundation at a reasonable price, the store was super clean, everyone was polite, I was greeted by multiple people, the employees at the register were kind and explained the process of signing up for the ulta credit card better than anyone has before! 10/10 experience!

Found these goodies at Ulta while on my lunch break. Polite Society make up brand is awesome. Will definitely try out this brand in the future!

I usually love Ulta—it’s always been my go-to and my happy place. But today, I had a terrible experience.
When I walked in, I was hoping for some assistance, but no one offered to help. Multiple staff members made direct eye contact with me and then walked away without saying a word. Instead of engaging with customers, they were busy chatting among themselves.
I waited twice to speak with associates after they finished helping others. Each time, I looked them in the eyes, and they just walked off. Even when I said “excuse me,” I was completely ignored. That’s not customer service.
I left the store frustrated and empty-handed. I highly don’t recommend this location based on today’s experience.

Went in to buy a gift for my guy. Walk around very confused because there aren't any cologne samples to smell, they're all LOCKED UP! I got asked do I need help with cologne. So basically I have to have someone hoovering over me while I smell cologne??? I'm very picky so I would have been in this store all evening. I hate the mall but that's where I ended up going.
I'd suggest get good lost prevention or some type of alarm tag. No one has time for people hoovering over them. Can't go back to Ulta I like a low stress life.

I ordered via online and chose “same day delivery” they had DoorDash try to deliver my $250 item”
DoorDash never delivered.
I’ve been to the store, they won’t help.
I’ve called Ulta, they won’t help.
I have no item.
No money.
This store deserve no stars!
