I’m a Amazon Customer doing a return..I had the box untapped the rep was explaining to me that it had to be tapped up in order to take it and as I’m just starting to read and understand what it say out of no where an employee starts yelling and telling me to read…folks can’t Wait to be rude these days and this is NOT A REAL UPS STORE THIS IS A INDEPENDENT STORE…I took my same package untapped to a corporate store and they took it and not try and charge me for Tape…Independent stores Create they own rules this explains the rude Red head…

I Would like to thank a very special lady that always greets me with a smile my sister passed last September she explained to me what all I needed to do to send her ashes to another state.And she carefully handled them with care.She also help me with documents that my husband had to have faxed over she never rush him she explained everything she was doing. She's my Hero and she works at store #6702 Thank You Stacy for taking time with Willie and I.VeryFriendly,and Professional And She Greets you with a Smile.....We need more people like her in customer service ?

Oh my goodness yesterday at this UPS store #6702, Sean greeted me when I walked in. He then printed my return label and securely taped my box and package and gave me my tracking slip. Then the lovely lady Shannon rang me up and gave me my receipt. This pair had a wonderful work flow, and they were both courteous, professional, personable and gave me excellent service!!! I will definitely come back!

Eunice was fantastic! She was SO knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had been to 3 other stores where the employees could not help me. Eunice advised me about how she would print my large materials so that I would end up with exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her expertise enough!

The Amazon return said I didn't need a box (just the original packaging which it was still in), yet the lady working there watched all eight months pregnant of me walk in with a one-year-old and two boxes in my arms and told me I would need a second shipping label (which isn't something you can do without calling Amazon customer service). Needless to say, I'll be going to a different location.

This store is very confident and much nicer than the one over off Stratford, employees are generally nice and helpful.weird review but...My one issue is, lately (last year or so?), the store smells HORRIBLE. It's smells like floral diapers or just something purely noxious. I feel so bad for the employees who have to inhale that every day. It's VERY strong, can give you a headache fast, and worst of all sticks to your clothing aggressively. You will smell it for Hours even windows down driving- like lol, idk what else to say about. I often, now, go out of my way to another UPS to spare myself the agony of it.Please stop suffocating your employees and customers with what ever air "freshern" this store uses. It's bloody vile.

I had a horrible and disgusting customer service experience earlier today I was calling to get some information to help me with an inquiry that I had made a few months ago and to see if they could possibly help me.The woman gave me a number and when I called the number, they could not help me either, so I called the store back.The same lady picked up the phone, and when I told her that the number did not help And started to ask her what other number I could call, she immediately started going off on me. giving me an attitude speaking very rudely talking over me and yelling and then after I asked her why she would give me the wrong number and then treat me like I was stupid for calling that number, sense she knew that they couldn’t help me her exact words were(that’s because they cannot help you with the type of inquiry you are reaching out about (while raising her voice at me and giving me an attitude)).why give me that number if you knew they weren’t going to be able to help me and why give me an attitude when I’m calling back and asking you to fix your mistake because you gave me the wrong information.If you cannot handle your temper or if you cannot handle fixing your mistakes and helping customers, you should not be in customer service.You are in the wrong field get a new job, I will be contacting a manager about this later this week and I hope that there are reparations because this behavior is disgusting. Learn how to handle yourself please before dealing with other people.(If she’s acted this way with me, especially considering she was so comfortable to act this way from the very beginning of our conversation. I’m sure she has treated other people this way and honestly that’s what’s really making me mad and disappointed about the situation..)

CeeCee was great yesterday she was working hard moving boxes and came right over to me I had 30 Amazon returns the I order for a wedding and had to return them I thought she would be upset seeing all the items I had and she was just moving a ton of boxes she was not she was pleasent and explained a lot to me since I never returned things to Amazon before she was beyond helpful CeeCee needs a raise
