My package was signed for by someone I don’t know. I do not have the item. I attempted to make a claim, The site would not take it and claimed the amount was wrong. I tried to call. The only response I got was an automated Reply that told me to make a claim. I can’t. I have no other number to contact The automated one.

I wish I could Raye the website or what ever It is that makes us pay 7.99 to have the delivery changed. To a diff location I best get a refund since I have to pick it. In another dang town. This ridiculous. Trying to get ahold of someone and can't. Keep getting the run around

The customer care told me they will give me a call today regarding my package delivery as neither the delivery driver or his manager don’t know UPS duty/tax payments can be made through the UPS website even if you present the receipt from UPS website. See what the delivery driver written on the back of my receipt asking for a check for the same! Looks like UPS don’t trust their website! Hilarious ? I waited half day and no one called me! Worst experience with this package delivery!

Can’t get an agent on the phone ever!!!, and is THE ONLY shipping company whose drivers can’t find our address after being here over a month! Continues to hold our packages hostage due to “incorrect address.” We’ve even listed special instructions at times and nothing. We’ve had to drive across town to pick up multiple deliveries, including very large ones.Re: ups response. I think any formal business should have at least a phone number to reach a human. Social media does not help me or anyone who doesn’t have an account or doesn’t wish to partake in social media for personal contact/ share personal info on that platform.update 2 weeks later: now they delivered MULTIPLE LARGE PLANTS to my BILLING ADDRESS instead of MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. they LITERALLY COVERED THE ADDRESS ON THE BOX with a different address. I AM DUMBFOUNDED.

The man was very nice and helpful, but it sure is expensive sending a box nowadays! I mean way more than expected. Way more. I expected to pay like $25 to ship a box to Denver, CO and it was $66!

I was told by customer service that the the entire facility did not have internet, not that is was down, it not exist, so they could not get the FFL that was on file at corporate. The legal department at Glock stated that this happens depending who is working the service counter, needless to say if I would have been an undercover boss, I would have told him to go to HR, and he was no longer needed. Guess it is hard to find good help.

These people done went crazy at the main Hub Park Plaza in Winston-Salem off of Patterson Street if you want to pick up a Ship Island still having it come to your house main I'll charge you $7 and some change to pick it up used to be freeSmmfh

Went for a seasonal position found out the work didn't fit. They put THRU a test process and we learnt how to work with packages. The management was safe and cautious helpful and informative

This hiring process here is very unorganized and disappointing. Why CALL to have me bring documents and say you can start working that week, to not reach out again and let me know the position has been filled. I’ve now put other opportunities and things on the back burner for this. Waste of time.
