May 7, I went mail letter at post offoce,the black female at counter
With the tiny pony talk keep saying
What when I didn't said nothing till
I realize she had ear piece in her ear,
It cost 73 cent mail a letter and gave
Her a dollar. She gave me 7 cent and
I said hey you said it 73 cent and again she said what,
She is a federal employee ain't paying
Attention listen on ear piece
(What) I suppose say
May 12 it rain that day
And mail wasn't delivered
Its unfair and something need be done
May 17 I gave the mail man a letter
And dollar ask him to mail off, it was
On Saturday and the came late and
It was post dated on May 21 and lette
August 11 mail man refuse delivery the mail only package to my neighbors I ask him is delivered the mail he said he coming back around what kind mess is that ,Oh suppose get mail seven o'clock when he was already on my street
Was delivered May 24 ( local) in town,
I ask mail man did my letter sent off
The day I gave him he said yes and I
Can't give him no more money again
To send a letter when I don't have a stamp

These people provide great friendly service! Experienced and very helpful. My favorite post office in the triad! The negative reviews have nothing to do with the service that this office provides.

Been waiting over six months for them to replace a lock on my mailbox so that I can have mail delivered at my home and not have to pick it up at the post office

I have paid for a lock change on my mailbox in Heather Hills. I came and paid the $25.00 and filled out the form. Yesterday they called from the Waughtown location to say the lock had been changed and asked that I come back to Waughtown and pick up the keys. After picking up the keys, I tried them in the lock and they do not work. It is obvious the lock has not been changed. Now, the location is closed and trying to get help from the 800 number is an exercise in futility. One more day without mail access.

It is the worst international mail service there is. It took more than two months to take an envelope to Colombia and they returned it. They are very bad at priority shipments.

Worst mail service ever. Today we got everyone else's mail on the block! Only 2 pieces of mail belong to us! One of the pieces of mail belongs to someone 15 minutes from here. Back in March our income tax papers were delivered to someone else and was never found. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Lie about delivery attempt. I was home and my security footage shows no postal truck near my house. They don't even put the packages far enough under the porch half the time to keep it from getting wet when raining.
