Friendly people, but NOT a full service post office. Their system does not recognise all msiling addresses, and they wont accept a parcel without confirming the address in their incomplete system. I tried twice to send parcels and they woukd not help me. I had to drive out of my way to a MAIN post office that was able to verify the mailing address. A third time they wrre all out of stamps. I'm wondering what is the use of a post office that can only accepts letters that are already stamped?

When I arrived late in the afternoon, the ladies who work there were being verbally abused by one of the most demanding customers I've ever met, yet they were kind and courteous. A little kindness and a thank you go a long way in life.

I love this little Hub inside of Ace Hardware I live down the street so it makes it really convenient. The ladies are nice I'm allowed a lot of packages at least twice a week.

I've been to this location 3 times now and each time there has been 1 of 2 older women with extremely sour, condescending and unhelpful attitudes. It's so unpleasant dealing with them that I make the extra drive to North Point.

I use this location on a regular basis. They’re located at a convenient location in relation to where I live & I’ve always had a positive experience. Efficient & friendly too!

I never thought I would rate a postal service store!! Seems like a pattern here with the “lady on the second shift”!! She is SO RUDE!! For no reason!! Goodness gracious!! I really don’t even feel like continuing wasting my time on this. She must’ve had a real bad life let alone a bad day!! Uff!! From now on, I’ll drive the distance to the actual post office.

Woman on 2nd shift was just so rude. It’s totally unnecessary. Find a job where you don’t work with the public if you have to take your bad day out on customers.

They have a tiny sign that says “$8 credit card minimum†once you get to the front that also applies to debit cards. It's 2019 who spends more than $8 at the post office?

Frequently slow. I arrived a minute before closing and was turned away by the Ace store staff in a rude tone. I won't be coming back.

One of the most convenient locations in Winston-Salem, the actual post office is located in the back of the Ace Hardware store on Robinhood Road. While the location is convenient, there is room for improvement on the customer service front. This location only offers standard mailing options including global shipping and money orders but does not offer business services, pickup hold or Sure Money. Finally, make sure you have cash as they will not accept a card for any purchases under $10. Overall if you simply have something you need to ship this is convenient place to do it however if you require more complex help I would recommend going to an official Post Office for assistance.
