Nice place, very helpful staff ...This review is being edited as of 01/20/2024... a problem occurred with store employee damaging my files on my phone. Very rude and incompetent behavior by this employee. Files that were backed up disappeared. Verizon will not stand behind their customers when Verizon makes mistakes. Sorry company! 5 star review revoked!

The guy that came up to sign us in picked the guy behind me before me,and the nice gentleman that was in front of me spoke up and said to him,this Lady is next in front of the one you just picked,He made some kind of excuse but everyone kept staring at him until he turned around and called me up,We all thought it was very rude. And he did have a very bad attitude.

Shamarr helped us so much. He helped add my husband to our account, and he helped us save a ton of money with Verizon perks that we didn’t even know about. He was also willing to help us set it all up. We took up a lot of his time, and he was so patient and personable.

Paid over 900 dollars in store for phone and did a rebate. Was told phone was paid in full.Now it turns out I have been charged monthly for the price of the phone minus the rebate.I have been charged twice for the same device have credit card evidence as well and customer service is telling me I'm stuck paying for it a 2nd time.Do not go here they will scam youReply to owner.Before making this review I waited 2 hours on hold with customer service to be told we don't know why you are paying for it twice because or syestem shows it was paid in full but it's also saying you still owe what's left from the rebate even though you have paid.Got disconnected 3 times, third drop no one called back to fix the issue.Multiple proof of full payment and still getting billed each month for an item I paid in full.Only Verizon location I have had a problem with in my 15 years with the company.

I enjoy this store but the sales men generally say something wrong, or leave the company. Adam was very helpful in getting my a new phone when my other one was stolen

Stopped in to turn in my old phone after upgrading. For some reason the system wouldn’t allow them to accept the phone and insisted it had to be mailed. The rep (whose name I can’t remember) printed off the shipping label and boxed the phone for me, and pointed me towards the nearest UPS store. It was a minor inconvenience making a second stop, but I appreciated the extra help solving the problem! I’ve been with Verizon for 15 years, never had a problem at any store or online.

After having purchased an upgraded phone at another location and having our lines be completely messed up we stopped in to see if someone could assist us. Carlos was so knowledgeable and had us back up and running in no time. We greatly appreciated his help as we were obviously not purchasing anything from him. I will defeniatly be returning to see him when we are in need of our family's next upgrade. Thank you, Carlos!

Shamarr was great. Walked in and had all business completed and finished and walking out the door very quickly. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He made a long headache of a process very simple and convenient.

Went in Verizon, Stratford Rd this week to get help to merge 2 lines on my phone. My representative was David who was so patient with my questions. It took a while, but he made sure I understood each step he was taking to make this work. David displayed great customer service and was so nice. I am very grateful for David. What a blessing!

Stopped by the other day to check out upgrading 2 lines. It was obvious the rep wasn't interested in helping and said we'd be better off doing it online. Placed order on app for two s23+ upgrades and 5 accessories; it didn't go through and the order disappeared. Had online chat help. They couldn't find order so they redid it twice and that failed as well. After 25 years with you guys, you went downhill and then some.

Used Version for years, I was sold a device in store that was Never activated was put on HOLD for 3 weeks BY verzion IT team they can't fix it so I am told to return to store and I WILL NOT BE CHARGED TO RETURN. First thing Rep in store does is tell me I will be charged. I say check the notes I was told no charge so he leaves I call customer care he comes back says you're right we will boo charge all BUT 30 bucks for setup we can't refund that.... OK so a device you never setup you can't return fee. Customer care says they will return in.... So warning to all Customer service at this store is poor. POOR Even told the rep that his Service was poor and he threatened to make me keep the broken device and refuse to take back a device they sold and never got WORKING. Imagine being threatened to keep a 1000 dollar device because Truly sad this is the customer service we get now.

Horrible service. Rude people. Was checked in. Waited a whole hour just to pick up a phone. Phone was already paid for. Literally just need to pick it up. I finally asked somebody if I really need to wait just to be handed a phone and they said no I can just be giving it right away. I said, so why wasn’t I told that from the very beginning. I told him that they should be asking the reason why you’re there when they check you in.
