We visited to update a phone and add one to our plan. Zach was extremely helpful. We live in Virginia but made the purchase in NC over Thanksgiving.He remained helpful even though we were in a different state. I wish all of my experiences have been this positive with cell service

Alex was incredibly patient and diligent with me and my phone, I will be getting a phone from him later but he was able to get my iPhone working again! He’s a keeper and I would recommend asking for him if you need a new phone!

Just went in to get a cover & screen saver for my new phone, since where I bought my new phone had neither. Thank you Devin for helping me, & applying the screen saver & cover. The next time I need a new phone I will come here! Was so nice to not have to deal with stupid, as at the Hanes mall store. Thanks again!!

Alex sold my fiancé and I our phones and he took such good care of us. He took the time to make sure everything was set and perfect before we left. Setting up a new phone can be difficult but he made it so easy! Definitely going to him for future purchases.

Verizon on Jonestown has a knowledgeable staff that can offer various in and outs for someone needing multiple devices. During a time when I needed two devices for rideshare, they had a special on a tablet that was free. That being said, be advised that Verizon will charge an activation fee for any device.

Adrian assisted me today @ the Jonestown location. He went above & beyond with his customer service, the most thorough sales person in that location. He took his time with me, I didn't feel rush like in the past. Exceptional customer service is not the norm these days so to get impeccable service , makes me reconsider staying with Verizon. Great customer service Adrian ,thank you again

Adrian was so helpful. Got me setup with new phone with mine being lost. Got lost one shut down. Also got some promotions that were available. Jenn was also great. Would recommend them to anyone.

Rob was able to get me a warranty replacement the next day! I tried for months with numerous people and 800 numbers. He also set up my replacement phone free and my watch again . I would recommend Rob ... He's great
