“I am not long with Abri but I would recommend. Team is kind, helpful! I was with my puppy (13.5y old, who barely walked and didn’t get up, beside other health issues) with Dr. David A. Ackerman. I was amazed. Dr. took his time for evaluation and explanation, he patiently listened to me, and suggested treatment, and all this without any rushing. The medication he prescribed helped my pup and we were running again in backyard… beside this, dr. agreed on phone calls with updates and he did answer to my calls without any issues. I felt that to him pet life still matters. (I wasn’t used to this with my previous vet)….(I didn’t give 5 * as there were minor things I minded.)I do recommend”

“Today was my first visit with my rescue pup, Dodger! I was nervous because I could not accompany him due to COVID restrictions but WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Wonderful staff and Dr. Post was so knowledgeable and helpful and patient with all of my questions! Dodger swaggered out of there with a big head after being told how handsome and good he was! One lady even called him "sexy beast" and he LIVES for that!”

“This place and the employees are great. I took my dog here that was very sick and I was quite upset. I knew they would have to do a few things to test her to see what was going on with her and I didn't have a lot of money being on social security disability. They were so nice and understanding. They calmed me down by them saying. They can work with me on price. We lft there knowing my baby has diabetes. They talked to me about it and explained to me what has to be done and how to. I would recommend this place. It is great.”

“I bring my Fur Babies to this location. The Vets and Assistants are very knowledgeable about diagnosis of what is happening when there is a problem. They know how important your pets are to you as most have cats and or dogs themselves. They are very informative and keep records very well. You usually will receive a text and several calls to create and confirm appointments. They are expensive with certain medicines / procedures / tests tho so be prepared to bring your bank account LOL”

“My dog had never been to Banfield yet since we had all of his shots done before moving into town. Unfortunately, my dog passed on December 15, 2023. I had no idea what to do and we weren't prepared for this moment. My 21 year old Son was with him when he passed trying to recesitate his dog that had been in his life since my son was 8 years old. My poor baby was home calling 911. We were getting ready to walk on stage for our 1 and only live public Christmas show that people paid for to come see us. I called Banfield because we used PetSmart to bathe and cut Cams toenails several times. Whoever the young lady was that answered the phone, I Thank you so much. Your tone was pleasant. She didn't make it seem like we were crazy crying over a dog that we had rescued and had for over 13 years. She gave me a company out of Kernersville to call, and I was connected with Whitney of Agape Pet Services out of Kernersville.They came within an hour or so and picked our Cam up. They handled everything and made us feel as if our love was in great hands. The show went on as we performed with hurt hearts.If it wasn't for Banfield, we would have lost our minds that night. I'm sure that if they took the time to care for a stranger and a dog, they never met.....I am 100% sure they take care of their own.Whoever answered the phone that night. Thank you so much, and God bless you.”

“Our primary vet referred my 9 year old German Shepherd to CVS to see a neurologist based on the issues she was having. We had an appointment with Dr. Bray and she was absolutely incredible. She sat in the exam room with us until all of my questions were answered, all of my thoughts were heard, and she had given every bit of help that she could. I can truthfully say that the care, attention, and professionalism she showed was better than I have ever seen. I walked out of her office feeling knowledgeable and confident in taking care of my dog’s new needs. You can tell that she genuinely wants what is best for the animals she sees.”

“Obviously going to the ER for your pet is never a good thing but the people at CVS were great. The wait can vary significantly based on what they have going on, but honestly it's a good sign to me when a service like this knows how to triage and prioritize. My dog was well taken care of healed up good as new. I do not recommend that anyone needs these services, but if you do, I trust CVS.”

When I called to check on Louie they were so informative and did not make me feel like I was bothering them at all! All of the staff knew all about Louie and I felt they worked together as a team. I was very upset when I took Louie in because he was in so much pain and they were all patient with me. I was kept informed and understood every thing they were going to do and all of the risks and what I could expect. Who gives money back when it is already in their possession? Well CVS did!
