“I am not long with Abri but I would recommend. Team is kind, helpful! I was with my puppy (13.5y old, who barely walked and didn’t get up, beside other health issues) with Dr. David A. Ackerman. I was amazed. Dr. took his time for evaluation and explanation, he patiently listened to me, and suggested treatment, and all this without any rushing. The medication he prescribed helped my pup and we were running again in backyard… beside this, dr. agreed on phone calls with updates and he did answer to my calls without any issues. I felt that to him pet life still matters. (I wasn’t used to this with my previous vet)….(I didn’t give 5 * as there were minor things I minded.)I do recommend”

“Drs. Thrift and Sheppard have been excellent to my horses and donkeys for several years now. Dr. Thrift also did an excellent job disbudding a few goat kids for me and assisting with a few other goat issues. I've had several equine emergency calls with them and plenty of routine stuff, too. They're prompt, accessible and thorough. Dr. Thrift stayed involved when my mare had to go to NC State. She consulted with the vets there, received updates, and stayed in touch with me about the decision to ultimately let her go. I'll be forever grateful for her support during that difficult time. I highly recommend this practice.”

“Scheduling was a little stressful since I scheduled for 9:45 but when I called to confirm, they first said my self or my pet was not on the schedule that I must have scheduled with the other clinic that only offers vaccines. I then called back after checking my email confirmation which showed 9:45 appointment time and the address for the kville location. I when I called back I spoke with a different secretary stated we were on the schedule for 9:30. Not a huge deal as thats only a 15min difference but I am glad I called because otherwise we would have shown up "late".Getting there and meeting the staff and doctor in person was a much better experience than expected. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming and so was the doctor. They answered all the questions I had and I felt they were very honest about what exactly my kitten needs.”

“My dog had never been to Banfield yet since we had all of his shots done before moving into town. Unfortunately, my dog passed on December 15, 2023. I had no idea what to do and we weren't prepared for this moment. My 21 year old Son was with him when he passed trying to recesitate his dog that had been in his life since my son was 8 years old. My poor baby was home calling 911. We were getting ready to walk on stage for our 1 and only live public Christmas show that people paid for to come see us. I called Banfield because we used PetSmart to bathe and cut Cams toenails several times. Whoever the young lady was that answered the phone, I Thank you so much. Your tone was pleasant. She didn't make it seem like we were crazy crying over a dog that we had rescued and had for over 13 years. She gave me a company out of Kernersville to call, and I was connected with Whitney of Agape Pet Services out of Kernersville.They came within an hour or so and picked our Cam up. They handled everything and made us feel as if our love was in great hands. The show went on as we performed with hurt hearts.If it wasn't for Banfield, we would have lost our minds that night. I'm sure that if they took the time to care for a stranger and a dog, they never met.....I am 100% sure they take care of their own.Whoever answered the phone that night. This new building is so much brighter, bigger and better than the other building. I love how professional and friendly the staff is at all times. I was pleased with my bill of $150 for my puppy's exam, dewormer, another shot, heart worm pill, and Bravecto. This is a great veterinarian office!”
