My sales representative Pablo did such a fantastic job going over the steps to ensure I was comfortable purchasing my car. Answered all my questions and went over the price details. I took my. At down to get an estimate everything was fine got my return date. When the date got close I was called and put on hold for another month. The manager said my car did not meet the criteria of being towed in. I took it as my car was not important to him. I wanted my car fixed it was important to me. However the guys that worked my car did a good job fixing it. I only had problems with the manager

Just stopped in yesterday for my first visit to Volvo in Winston Salem and worked with Dallas Lee!!! From the time I walked in everyone was very nice and inviting and made you feel welcomed..... not your typical used car feeling with salesmen just waiting to pounce on you. Dallas took pride in where he worked and was very thorough explaining the ins and outs of the Volvo S60 on our test ride. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, though the quality of the car and independently owned dealership with such high standards in care to their clients, ended up in a car deal. I couldn't be happier with the new car, the care this dealership provides with each car purchased (free oil changes, tire rotations, car washes and state inspections) and just the family feel overall. I would highly recommend Volvo in Winston Salem and Dallas! He is just the best! Thank you again!

Dallas is the man! I’m not a car person, really didn’t know what I wanted, but Dallas was able to field all my crazy questions and help me narrow it down to a car that checked pretty much all of my boxes. He took the time to explain how the car works, in very simple terms, and really got me hooked on the idea of the technology and build behind the Volvo.He was great, the team that helped seal the deal was great and I’m excited to go hang out when I get my car washed and serviced? way different than my first car buying experience

Pablo was really great. He really worked hard for us to get the vehicle my wife wanted. The only complaint I have is another salesman scheduled a test drive. For another customer on the day Pablo and I could’ve easily made an appointment to come in to purchase the vehicle at that time. Pablo did great keeping us in the loop on what was going on. We understood that this was totally out of his hands. Honestly if it wasn’t for Pablo professionalism and transparency we would’ve went somewhere else. Gold Stars for Pablo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a really nice purchase experience with this dealership, despite not having a reservation. They were accommodating and great. Junely wasn’t a dedicated salesperson at the time but she was awesome and handled the business. This dealership stands behind their Family First Benefits plan. Two of their drivers followed me and delivered a car from Winston to Charlotte same day. The drivers were very professional. Considering another purchase FIRST from this dealer! Thanks!

Todd and Dillon are great. They are both great at fitting me in when I need it. Even though my schedule is crazy and they're always booked. I really appreciate them. I Purchased a 2017 Mercedes Benz E-300 Used today from Pete. The whole process was easy & from the time i arrived at the dealer i felt welcome was taken on a test drive. I came from Pennsylvania and trust me this dealership is well worth the drive. The condition of the car and the level of detail that was put into the car before i bought it was just plain impressive.Thanks Pete!

We bought a used Volvo from this dealership. We are located 3 hours from the dealership so we paid for delivery. We purchased this vehicle without being seen, relying on the integrity of the Volvo approved dealer. After receiving a poorly detailed XC90, we spent the next few days with the car. We started to notice the breaks were vibrating so badly the steering wheel was moving. After bringing this to the attention of our sales person, he recommended we get in touch with the service department. I did as instructed and was told the car was purchased as is. The service tech told me the sales manager would follow up with me given the fact we owned the car less than 72 hours before we started noticing the issue. To my surprise, the GM of the dealship phoned me. In more direct terms, he basically said we must have warped the rotors and this is not unheard of with Volvo. "They have some of the softest rotors and pads in the industry." Despite how much I disagree with his assessment, it was offered to be picked up and fixed at my expense. He offered the repairs at his cost which is a half measure approach. In my opinion, a dealership that prides themselves on customer service and fair dealings should be willing to stand be their "certified" vehicles. I do not feel this was the case. I find it hard to believe that in less than 300 miles we managed to warp pads/rotors and more likely that the deficiency was not caught during their inspection. I am disappointed and soured on this dealership. Use caution when shopping with Volvo of Winston/Salem.

It was an eventful 2 days of car shopping. I found a XC40 online that i wanted to check out. I showed up and met with Pablo (great guy) He talked to me about what i was looking for and what Volvo could do to help. I had only ever driven Cadillacs until now. I had heard good things about Volvo quality and reliability. We ended up in a the S60 for a second test drive and i was sold. We sat down and looked through the inventory, found one that i really liked, within my price range and milage.I am so very thankful that Pablo and his assistant Thomas were able to put up with me and my negotiating lol. They were really good sports.The ENTIRE TEAM was amazing! I hadn't bought a car in 10 years, and was worried it would be overwhelming... and it was way better than i expected.I LOVE my new(ish) car - will love it more after the windows are tinted.....THANKS VOLVO W-S

Just purchased a used 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Chazzie and Pete at Volvo Cars Wiston Salem. During the test drive a "sevice airbag" system message and dash airbag light came on and stayed on for the duration of the test drive. After returning to the dealership Pete tried to troubleshoot the airbag service light issue while I went inside to finalize the purchase. Pete (while sitting in the truck on the lot - not driving around) informed me that he was unable to reproduce the airbag service warning. I finalized the purchase and while loading my kids into the back of the truck to go home I noticed a large wet area in the headliner. I went back into the dealership to inform Pete about the water issue. Pete (and a gentelman from the service department) came outside to look at the leak and told me that I would have to bring it back for repairs. Then not 5 minutes into the ride home the "service aibag" light came on again and stayed on for the duration of my trip back to Boone NC. So next AM I text Chazzie about the issue. He replied that the sevice dept would contact me which they did and I scheduled to bring the car back to WS.Today they informed me that they would repair the water leak "as a courtesy" but if I wanted the airbag light issue repaired I would have to pay $250 for them to diagnose the issue. Moreover after diagnosis they would have to take the truck to a Chevy dealer for repairs.In short before marketing this truck for sale this Volvo dealer put new tires, new brakes, new shocks on it to obviously make it safe but they have no regard for me hauling my 4 and 5 year old children around in it with faulty airbags that may or may not work during a collision. I understand that I did not buy a Volvo from this dealer but them refusing to even plug a diagnostic tool it to diagnose what could be a very dangerous safety issue just seems at odds with everything Volvo stands for.I sincerely hope that the owner or GM of this dealership will rectify what was otherwise a very positive experience buying this vehicle.

We had the very best experience! Dallas was engaging and caring, making sure we felt appreciated for choosing Volvo Cars of Winston Salem and we are from Cornelius, NC.As far as management goes, we couldn’t have been happier. Les and Tom both went out of their way, on more than one occasion, to make sure we received EXCELLENT customer service!! This is our 2nd Volvo and won’t be our last from Volvo Cars of Winston Salem. Vanessa was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable. She called on Friday afternoon and told me my car would be ready Saturday morning. When I arrived she was not there, the other young woman on duty seemed puzzled as to why I was there. My husband had dropped me off snd already left. She called around and let me know my car was still in the mechanics bay. I heard her call Vanessa and ask how much she’d quoted me for the service on my car, as there was a diagnostic written down, but no estimate. It was clear Vanessa did not answer her question.She got off the phone with Vanessa and told me my car was ready and they were about to bring it around. She also told me she was giving me a discount on the service in question since Vanessa did not do her job properly (not her words). I have been a Volvo customer for several years and this was the first time I’d dealt with a seemingly clueless employee in the service department. My latest prior interactions had been with Dylan and I found him to be professional, expedient, knowledgeable, and friendly. you know, the supposed Volvo standard of service. Overall strange experience…
