However, the store often has sold-out sales items, which can be disappointing. Customer service is sometimes terrible and unhelpful. The pharmacy line can be long, with wait times of 30 minutes, and mistakes can occur with prescriptions. Despite this, the employees make the store a better experience.
Eliza is the most helpful person in the pharmacy ever. She has helped figure out the best way to get prescriptions filled using available coupons and is also extremely efficient in getting people through the line.
