Your Apple Pay reader doesn’t work. Came to check out yesterday and it literally doesn’t work. Have over 2k in the bank and the guy up front said “yeah okay” and the moment it declined he snatched the bag from the register like I was going to steal it. Called my bank, I had no issues with my account. Went up to cvs and purchased my items just fine. Fix your damn machines.

Called and spoke to a pharmacy technician regarding a transfer prescription a week ago and went to pick it up today only to find out they didn’t have it.When I arrived Victor had his back to me for more than 5 minutes before even acknowledging me. When he did, he asked for my name on 3 occasions since he wasn’t listening to me the first two times. Victor asked ridiculous questions that were not relevant regarding my prescription. Was told they would contact my previous pharmacy even though I told them they are closed until Monday. Victor asked for my phone number which I gave twice since he wasn’t listening the first time.Received a phone call from Victor moments after leaving the pharmacy to give me an update by saying information that I told him when I was at Walgreens referencing that my previous pharmacy is closed until Monday. Victor asked my if I had my previous RX bottle which I relied I did. Turns out there was absolutely no reason for the question and also what the medication was for.Completely unknowable technicians and even worse customer service. Geeez Louise ?

They had something on the shelf marked down, so I grabbed one. I brought it up to the register and tried to check out but it wouldn't ring up at that price and the cashier refused to do anything about it. The price was on the shelf, in big black letters on a yellow sign, but she didn't care. Why spend money at a place that won't even honor their own pricing?!

One of my favorite stores in Winston-Salem by far! Convenient & always friendly! I always go in for one item and by the time I check-out there is usually plenty more! (They have the best savings) And they're defiantly my go-to for last minute gifts!

Excellent Pharmacy Experience. They went above and beyond to fill a script for me that had already been filled at a sister store whose pharmacy closes earlier than this store. I had missed that window and the gals at this store took care of me. Great customer service...Thank-you!

Terrible service from Esmerelda and Jasmine. Showed up early for my appointment then was made to wait until a half hour after my scheduled time - they did not so much as greet me. They also spelled my name wrong on a vaccination card and then crossed it out rather than giving me a new card. Your staff is skilled please just teach them some basic social skills.

Great for prescriptions, terrible for ANY vaccine. Even though they require appointments they schedule up to 6 people at the same time (based on both times I’ve been here for a shot) and it will take 45 minutes to an hour before they actually stab you. Just get vaccinated elsewhere.

I was asked to move my Covid appointment up and I agreed to do so. I arrived to find one of the worst situations I've ever encountered. It was so chaotic that I had serious reservations about trusting them to administer my vaccination. I stood in line while the employees were having a lively conversation with one of the employee's girlfriend. If Walgreens is going to offer this service, treat it with common courtesy and be respectful of people's time. I'm literally waiting in listening to conversations when all I need to do is check in. The attitudes are gross.

Way too long at drive thru lane. Was 3rd in line but 1st person took 16 minutes. Cars behind me were leaving but I could not get out of line. Is this a pickup service or used for full service dropping of prescriptions request and waiting for refill? No estimated time for service for those in line…who might want to leave and return or go into store. A little planning could be a plus for Walgreens…..there are other choices.

The most compassionate and beautiful human beings work at this store. I specifically have to mention Esmerelda, Scott, Jasmine, and Melissa. They have brightened many of my days and my life. These are people with big hearts and the rest of the staff is fantastic as well. I have had medications filled while I pulled up at the drive through or while I was waiting in line. They call up my insurance company and make sure things are proper. The cashiers and other employees are always kind and wonderful as well. I have a lot prescriptions to fill and have been going here for years. I have been to many pharmacies and there is no comparison to this one. They are there for me more than just for prescriptions. It’s like they scoured the world for the kindest and hardest working employees out there and put them in one location. Thank you guys for everything you have done for me. ?
