Got out of the docs over at Mediq. Had them send scripts here so I could get first dose of steroids. Workers were friendly and EXTREMELY EFFICIENT! For all those who had the opposite experience. One of the young ladies there was emptying all the boxes with letters. She had 25-30 bags that weren't picked up for 2 weeks. If customers would pick these up, she wouldn't have to waste hours every week doing this. She said there was even more she had to go through. It took 20 total minutes from the time I got there, til meds were in hand. Thank you workers!

Do not schedule a vaccination appointment at this location. Scheduled for 9:45 am, arrived at 9:30 and still waiting 45 minutes later. Oh and the information you filled out online when making the appointment you have to repeat when you get there. Plus any walk in will push you back in time.

I am giving Cindy at Walgreens pharmacy the 4 stars. She is the best. When I pick up prescriptions at Walgreens-- there is always an issue...always... it is never correct. If Cindy is there, she figures it out, gets me the best price and finds a solution on the spot. This woman deserves a raise. If it was not for her, I would switch stores. Again Walgreen's gets no stars-- Cindy would get more than 4 if possible. i just hope she stays!

Walgreens called and said my prescriptions were ready. When my husband arrived forpickup. He had to wait 25 min. He wasn't every happy. Surely you guys can do better

They have too many patients to care, according to them. If they are that popular, they should invest in a robocaller that can notify patients when their medication is out of stock , before the clinic closes for the weekend. If they have one that texts when your meds are ready, they can get one to text that they are out.

Do not try to ship anything through the fedex drop off at this location the lady stated she could not pick up my package which was less then 30 pounds. She then stated there was a weight limit which I understand however when I asked what the weight limit was she stated “whatever I can pick up” sounds to me like someone just doesn’t want to do their job

This store is the worst, when pickup up a prescription expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour in the drive through. This has been my experience EVERY time I’ve had to get my medicine. *currently writing this review in line, after waiting 35 minutes behind only TWO other cars* This place is a joke, and their only saving grace is that CVS 5 minutes down the road is just as bad, so they’ll never have competition!

Do not attempt to speak with anyone at this pharmacy location between the hours of 430 and 630. They don't answer their phone. Also their phone system will only allow you to stay on hold for 30min before it kicks you out and you have to call back, talk to the call center and have them transfer you back to the pharmacy. 0/10 wouldn't recommend if you have a prescription for any controlled medication.

This location is so convenient to us, but we will go out of our way to use another pharmacy. I had to have a prescription transferred here and I received an email it was "delayed". After calling and being on hold for 20 minutes, disconnected and then on hold a while longer they told me there was no problem and it was ready for pick up. My husband went to pick it up and waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Once they took my insurance info, and pulled the prescription, it sat on the counter next to the window in plain sight for over 20 minutes before someone finally sent it out to the car. The people are friendly when you can finally talk to someone, but corporate is obviously giving them no support and their systems are broken.

Has to be the worst one I have been to in years. If I have any other option, I do not go to this store. They don’t acknowledge any customers needing help. In fact, they appear to literally hide and go the other direction. Zero stars.

I have been a Walgreens customer for years. Never have I ran it to any Pharmacy issue in all the years I have shopped there. The past three time I have came to pick up my prescription there has only been two pharmacy tech working. My doctor called me in a prescription at 8:00 am and it still wasn’t ready by 6:30 that evening due to the lack of pharmacy techs. Walgreens has cut the pharmacy techs hours I have found out tonight.There were 15 cars in the drive-through also waiting to get their prescriptions. The line was wrapped around the building. Blocking parking spaces. So with all this being said I will be calling corporate office 1/25/23. So do better Walgreens!

Wish I could leave zero stars. Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. We moved out here over the summer and had to switch to this Walgreens and there is ALWAYS an issue. Always a line wrapped around the building, always have to wait for 30+ minutes for someone to answer the phone. They'll have one lane in the drive thru closed but not have a cone or sign out so if you pull into the second lane you have to pull all the way back around and get in the back of the line. Have to call multiple times to get them to fill a prescription properly. It's ridiculous. After the issues we had today, I'm switching pharmacies.

If you don't mind waiting in the zoo, then this is your place. I had to wait over 2 hours for my prescription (because who is going to drive home and come back) after being told it would be ready in 10 mins, 30 mins then they told me they would text me (I never got a text). If one of the pharmacy techs didn't see me falling asleep in the waiting area, I would probably still be there.

Usually everyone’s really nice, but Monica was rude, unprofessional and her customer service was lacking. She talked down on me and answered the phone being short, you shouldn’t work in customer service if you don’t have the means to actually preform it correctly.
