Bought a battery and two terminals to have replaced. Go to the desk, they couldn't replace my terminals due to "corrosion"... ok, I return the terminals and leave. Went to AutoZone and the employee changed my terminals no problem, but I still have my old battery... went back and although the cashier remembered me, the other employee there continued to ask me about my receipt... after 15 minutes, cashier found my battery and I left... WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

It's worth spending the $30 I saved to not deal with Walmart. Received notification from the app and email that my order was ready. Show up for my appointment, It's not. Reschedule appointment, get another notification that it's ready for install. Show up, it's not. Customer service thru the app is awful. Customer service thru the store is non existent, they won't answer the phone.

Do yourself a favor and find anywhere but here to get tires changed. Sloppy, slow, unprofessional and unsupervised trainees. They scraped my center wheel caps and denied it. No surprise. Apparently the trainee wasn’t aware of wheel locks. The manager was a total waste of time. Whatever savings you think you are getting will cost you in the long run in time and damage. If you value your vehicle at all, pass on this Walmart.Service: Auto tire replacement

This place sucks, had a small leak and got there at 8 when they were suppose to open. Nobody got there until 8 15 then they said they couldn't help me because there repair machine isn't working. Ths place is a joke along with workers they found under the bridge.

DO NOT COME HERE. I took my mustang here to get a tire change and one of the associates decided it was a GREAT idea to test drive my vehicle by revving my vehicle so loudly over and over, we can hear it while in the waiting room. No one even cared and acted like this is how they normally treat their customers vehicles. The associate did not apologize and was actually smiling when we were leaving. I understand you have to do a quick test drive but that was absolutely disrespectful and he KNEW he did not need to do all that once we got out there. I’m sure this how they normally treat everyone’s vehicles so do NOT come here for any kind of service. They also threw my spare tire in my trunk and broke my trunk tire cover…THANKS WALMART

Okay, let's start w the fact that this is Wal-Mart. No one should have to cover that it's a big box store.That having been said, I had great service from thoughtful and caring staff. I actually ordered the tires online on the Wal-Mart website and they were shipped directly to the store. Then I was able to schedule balancing and installation. My bad thought of on the day of the install. They were ready for me but I forgot that the dealer did NOT give me the tool to remove my locking lugs. (used car). So the tire shop could not install the new tires. I was able to get another place to remove them (not the dealer as they are in another town) -- went back and the tires were installed quickly and without any hassle. Balancing is perfect too and the car no longer shakes at high speed (my prev tires were out of balance as well as near the end of their tread).The closing staff is really good and caring. I appreciated them and was really surprised... I didn't get that level of service I was fearing having never dealt w them on tires. Good deal online. Install wasn't terribly expensive. I didn't elect the road hazard coverage though since it seems when I get a flat, its always "too close to the sidewalk" and they cannot repair it.

Not open at 9:15 am , no one answered the phone, I walked around and to the auto department and phone still ringing. Very poor service at this Walmart.

Cashier was very friendly and helpful, not only in person but on the phone also. Service was swift and I was able to pick up a few items while waiting on my oil change. 2 birds 1 stone.

I drive 2014 Chevy impala and they did not tell me my sensor on my tire didn't go off after Purdy sensor was still on until I notice after I was about to leavechasing My new tires. They never mention.ask me to come back in the am when the manager get back in.

Super slow. Took over an hour to change my tire. One other car in bay. About 5 employees just taking their good ole time. Pausing to talk and hang out. Missed my other appointment because of this. Go somewhere else.
