This bank on martin Luther King in Winston Salem NC are very unprofessional when you walk in nobody greets you, me and my son sit there for over 7 minutes while the only bank person never said anything to us he stood there talking to a customer who had already finished her business I had to say "excuse me but is there anyone can help us", then a lady stood at the window just as long as we waited while three bank tellers stood around talking some kind of inspection needs to be done on this branch customer service skills

The manager of this branch thinks because he's in an impoverished area . That he can speak to clients in any condescending and patronizing manner simply because they are minorities. I've never had an employee of any kind let alone a manager hang up in my ear. I'll never use wells fargi again and I'd advise any self respecting minority to take their business to someone who doesn't have some false sense of superiority .

Not a good bank.They said the branch is closed for week of 9/20/2021 due to a COVID outbreak.If you’re not gonna open at 9am, update your hours or inform customers!! Thanks.

Did not visit but the phone was answered and details were shared, to clarify Covid impact. Sometimes we just need to understand versus passing judgment, but a lot of the time no one takes the time to share this information. Smaller bank with less customers have the least staff. Touching money is not safe, and even hazardous, so some staff left. These are my words of course. Appreciate this information which helped me proceed with Wells Fargo.
