Just went to this branch to open a second checking account. Was told by the teller that the location was closing in 25 minutes and there wasn't enough time to open an account. I was the only customer in the bank and there were at least 2 tellers and 2 bankers on duty. They suggested I set up the account myself online because it would only take 10 or 15 minutes. If that's true, it seems to me they could have taken the time to help me and still closed on time... These folks were clearly not interested in helping a long-time customer (since the days of Wachovia) open a new account. Very poor customer service. Maybe it's time to find another bank...

Showed up at 11:45 on Saturday to deposit a check and they are closed and won’t answer the phone, would be nice if they’d open the times they’re suppose to be

We stopped in this morning for a notary appointment which we had made via the Wells Fargo app. We arrived a little early and went up to the counter because we also wanted make some changes to our debit cards. We were told we should have a seat and they could take care of everything for us. After a short while, Holly reached out to us and said she may be able to help us. She helped us take care of everything we needed. We shared with her our bad experience at another local Wells Fargo location and she conveyed her apologizes even though she had nothing to do with our experience. She is a true believer in the overall company not just the branch she works for. Overall this was a great experience, we feel, primarily because of Holly. She is an amazing asset to Wells Fargo. We hope we can always work with her when we visit.

Always unprofessional. Alyssa applied my auto loan payment to the wrong account. All the staff seems to have an attitude and very unhappy with their job .

Not the best bank in the world, but not the worst. I appreciate the fact that they are high-security when it comes to protecting my account. Picture ID required if you want to as much fart. The personnel keeps rotating, but the latest staff seem nice and capable.

We tried to work with an advisor there, and they do not follow through. Bad work ethic at this branch. They will not follow up with you, and makes all sorts of excuses why they haven't reached back out. He was supposed to set us up with another advisor to do some retirement planning, and he has FAILED to follow through. Never calls us back, and failed to set appts. like he said he would. I've been with WF for 12 years and his lack of work ethic has made me consider leaving WF for another bank.EDIT: Jessica and I spoke and she put us in touch with another advisor at a different branch who has been extremely helpful. Thank you for taking the time to help make it right.

This branch is terrible. They dont answer the phone or the door. Am sitting here for 40 mins in line waiting on change and deposits. I cant take an hour out of my day to do banking. Terrible terrible service and understaffed.

Are you kidding me. I stopped by Wells Fargo to cash a check from a friend I went to drive through and the asked me if I had a account I don't but this is a wells fargo check. No you have to go inside and give them your finger print and two forms of id. REALLY

Went in to open a bank account with Wells Fargo on Stratford Road. My husband and I arrived at 4:38pm. We knew the bank closed at 5, but had all of our documents ready. We were told that they wouldn't even start the process because it was so close to 5pm?... Last I knew, most (competent) banks were able to open an account in 10-15 minutes maximum. The man implied that we HAD to be out by 5pm. Perhaps he had plans at 5...? Either way, super unprofessional. I saw this bank has been accused of racism before, so maybe that was a contributing factor. Either way, probably going to BB&T now.

Luckily I bank at nc secu & first citizens. I went in to make a cash deposit for a friend into her checking acct. I had her acct number & information. I was told that if your name is not on the acct you cannot make a cash deposit, only money order or check. I think that this is an absurd policy, being that you're not withdrawing only making a deposit.
