I'm changing my review from my one star to a five-star.The manager that works there goes above and beyond every single time. Overall a great dude and really helps everyone out. Explains things step by step and was very professional.Was having issues getting a replacement card and he helped me order a new card on the dot then use that on my phone so i can still get around, when it still didnt arrive after about 10 days, he offered to send me a rush delivery for free which is usually $15. I ended up waiting the weekend and it came on Monday.Thank you for going out of your way to help me when you overheard my issue when talking to the clerk.

This branch goes out of its way to cause its clients stress by trying to tell them how to use their own funds, we had a client come in to get her funds to have her roof replaced. The inexperienced tellers did not know the difference between an insurance claim check and a standard cashiers check with 2 payable names on it. They chose to talk her out of doing the safest method to protect her, she is now stressed and holding off on her project which will cost her much more in the future with the constant rising rates of materials.Looking at the other review, it seems our client isnt the only one with problems at this branch. Wells Fargo Corporate - You should probably fire everyone and restaff or just close this location. No other branch has these issues.

Worst Wells Fargo I was in the drive thru line the representative was rude I was only doing a withdraw i literally waited almost 5 mins and she was doing other cars before me & I was there first just waiting for a withdrawal worst experience

Awful!! There are 5 people in line. 2 cashier's, 1 drive thru the other front. 3 people sitting in offices ,and none of those 3 bother to help.

Terrible experience, terrible credit cards, terrible loans, Find a smaller credit Union and build with a bank who cares truly about their customers. Staff is friendly, Doesnt take away the fact this bank is truly GARBAGE.

I went to the bank at 2925 Reynolda Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106 to get a notary to verify my signature on a title for a vehicle. After waiting 45 minutes the banker proceeds to tell me she can't notarize it because both the buyer and seller have to be present. This is quite possible the dumbest policy, IF IT IS A POLICY, I've ever heard.1. The buyer is from another state2. You're verifying MY signature as the Wells Fargo customer.

Ask to open a saving account had to wait for 1 hour and they had enough time to gossip and make fun of people thru the drive true .

Waited 5 minutes in line. One person ahead of me ?. Then got to the counter and wanted to withdraw some cash from my account. She said she didn't have enough cash and said she needed to get the manager. 15 minutes later the manager strolls over. She was talking with another employee in the employee's office. No customers in any office. She felt it was more important to chat with a fellow employee, then to serve the only customer in the bank. Horrible, horrible customer service. Never go back to this location.. Should be closed are everyone fired.

I filled out a business account application online, at which point I was told I needed to make an appointment. I made an appointment with this branch at 2:30 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early to this appointment and was kept waiting until after 3 PM. After discussing with the banker it was suggested I change my articles of organization in order to be able to complete the application. After wasting my time and giving me an unreasonable method to complete an account opening, I opened an account down the road with another bank without issue.

35 minute wait for a simple withdrawal. Get better tellers. The woman at the drive-through did a great job she took care of about 10 different customers while we are sat there waiting for one person there was a line of about five people waiting. Literally made me late to several different errands that I had to run and take care of for the day.

I’m really surprised to see so many low reviews. I had an amazing experience today. Letitia was very helpful and informative. The bank manager came by to speak with me while I was waiting and was also extremely nice and polite. As far as the comments I see on wait times, just remember these people have an important job and they are trying their best to be thorough. A little patience goes a long way. Thanks for all the help today!
