I came to the bank today at 2:30 to open a new credit card and make a transfer in this bank from different bank. I already have two accounts with Wells Fargo, debit and credit. So I want have same bank, but the branch manager did not want to help me. She found many different excuses not to help me, I understand that other employees had appointments , but she was completely free and I felt that she did not want to deal with the customer, with me. I am very disappointed, now I thinking switching a bank after 20+ years. brunch manager is completely unprofessional, I am also a manager and if I don’t have enough employees, then I take care my customers myself.

When I had an issue with potential card fraud it was taken care of immediately. I love the staffs warmth and professional attitudes.

Had to walk out after an hour of waiting. There was only one banker who was dealing with one customer for the whole time while actively knowing that there are other people in the waiting area. The banker kept talking about random things and felt like not being bothered at all about the line of people waiting. Extremely non professional attitude.

Had issues with my account, Angel Hare was very nice and attentive. I felt heard and was able to resolve it. I was really stressed out, i appreciate her very much. But front desk also welcomed me with open hands, overall great experience. I definitely recommend this location!

Sat in the drive thru today for almost 20 minutes. One customer was waited on. Just one, not exaggerating. I left without service and tried calling bank since they are only open for walk-in appointments. They would not answer the phone.

Won't allow me to deposit cash into my mother's account with one of her deposit slips. They said " oh well we can deposit cashiers check" great, here's 600$, give me a casiers check. Yah aaahhh, about that, sorry you're not a customer so no cashiers check for you. Good job taking care of your customers (my mom). What a hassle...
