The store is pretty busy at lunch so I expected as much, however, there's no excuse for this location being as dirty and gross as it is. We were going to sit and eat but dwitched to take out. The soda machine is broken, surrounded by a small pond of water. There's blue cleaner(?) In an open container on the counter where patrons get their ketchup. The ladies toilet is so loose it rocks when you use it and over all, the location just looks, smells, feels like... who cares?My partner and decided after several bad visits to different Wendy's in the area, we won't be going to any after this.P.s. I wanted to get photos, but honestly just wanted to get outta there.Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid-friendly option for dine-in; smells like the loud and several patrons and staff are cussing and carrying on.

The lunch time staff is not as invested in the customer experience as the morning staff. The team member - Bethany, Brittany or Brandy, seemed to need a moment to decompress and review because a simple drink request was met with a great deal of frustration and stress.

TL;DR – 0/10 recommend. Get somebody else to do it. I love Wendy’s but this is quite possibly one of the worst locations I’ve ever patronized. Go to a different one.I was headed home from work and decided to stop by to grab some food for my commute home. I ordered my food so that I could just grab my food and go.When I got to the window, the manager (who was working the drive through) asked if I was paying with a card or not before asking me for my order. I informed her that I completed a mobile order: to which she said “you have to come inside for that.”When I arrived inside, I had to wait about five minutes before the guy at the register asked me if I had anything I wanted to order. I informed him that I had a mobile order and selected drive through; so I was not sure why I was asked to come inside.He let me know that my order was at the drive through screen and asked what I ordered. I told him my name (which should have been enough) he asked what I ordered (as if nothing appeared on the screen). I showed him my app where it was clear that my order had been submitted to this Wendy’s. He asked for my order again.I just canceled my order and left. This is NOT the first time I’ve had a problem at this location. They have frequently added cheese to my burger where I CLEARLY selected NO cheese, and I have a dairy allergy.I just don’t have good experiences here. My fries have been intermittently cold. The staff always seems to have an attitude for the slightest reason. And this particular visit, I’m pretty sure I caught people making out in the bathroom and trying to close the door really quick on my way out.I would have left this review in the app but the live chat in the “contact us” section of the app wouldn’t load for over 10 minutes.Dietary restrictions: I had to say no cheese MULTIPLE times and get my burgers remade sometimes 2-3x a visit.

The juiciest breakfast sandwich is the breakfast baconator. There's also a breakfast bundle that allows you to get 2 breakfast biscuits for $3. Delicious!!!!!

The workers was very rude I asked for a double stack with no cheese the biggie bags already went up 2-3$!! And the food anit even the same no more she gave me a double stack with cheese and had auttied when I received it I ate my fries and nuggets first then I look at my burger Its a double stack with cheese I go back tell them what I asked for cuz I'm lactose and tolerant so they came off very nasty and gave me a very sloppy burger

I was an employee for literally 2.5...why did I leave I was terminated for voicing my opinion on things going on within the restaurant. The rudeness and aggressive behavior is just disgusting. It was messing with my mental. I worked two jobs and still made a way to leave my issues outside and come in an work effectively but that was even difficult to do cause everyday I'm being sent home early cause of labor. Why hire me if you can't even give the hours. It was an embarrassment working there not because of what type of job it is because a job is a job but some of the employees just make a bad name for wendys and if you cant be a real manager and remove the problem amd take constructive criticism then i definitely dont need to be there.

I've ordered wendys twice today teo different locations tonight I was handed a strawberry lemonade the cup was a quarter short and the top looked like it had been drank from I showed the staff and asked for a full drink and expressed how I felt about maybe it being drank from they fill the cup up with idk what because this drink tastes horrible like the lemonade was stale or something. I'm not going to drink the drink and I haven't checked the food yet.this review mite be updated before the night ends
