Just another store with basic food needs. If you are shopping for some specialty item or for a recipe best to go on down hwy 150,(you will pay more) and make your purchase there. Beware of what you pay at this store because what you are charged is often not the shelf price. Richard Winston Salem

Super friendly staff. Great produce. Beer in house. Lots of food made daily in deli. Its close to my folks gated community and they loath Whole Foods so i am a fan.

Do not and I mean do not work for the food lion in Winston Salem on highway 150 they will screw you over and fire you for no reason.
