If I could give 0 stars I would the employee has not spoken to me or my daughter. We had to ask for a dressing room and my daughter told her thank you, she did not speak. I have never had such awful customer service in my life! I was a store manager in hanes mall this is why people shop online.

So rude. Never greeted us when we walked in. I asked for help and was ignored. Then I asked for a dressing room and was ignored so I sent my 3 year old under the door to open it. They still never came to help us. I'm glad the dresses didn't work for my daughter and I will never be back

Store Manager and assistant manager were extremely rude, came up to my husband and I and tried to take something out of our hand because we took it off of a mannequin after not getting help for 15 mins. No signs nothing saying not too. Tags and everything on what we was going to buy. Tormented at and interrupted at every word we had to say. Then store manager walked off. So we left the over 300 dollars of stuff we was going to buy and left after pulling out five thousand dollars and showing the manager. Will never be back. Definitely profiled here.

Last ones in store. Had lots of items we put them away & AT MOST 10 skirts folded inside dressing room bench. (employees were whispering laughing) We are wanting to cash out manager walks over in a very demanding attitude stating they arenāt doing that & for us (3) to go put it away. We didnāt because she was extremely rude. I realized I forgot my chick fil a cup therefore walk to get it. She then states to the other employee you cash them out before I go off on them! In my opinion you are the MANAGER working in customer service the dressing room was not in a terrible state.

Completely not satisfied with our visit, have bought serval dresses in the past there and loved them so took my sister homecoming shopping. The workers were no help and then we checked out they proceeded to put her shoes and dress in the same back not even hanging it up. I have never had that happen at any dress store. So we ask for a dress bag and the girl slammed it on the table and both of the girls gave us extremely rude looks. Not happy.

Love the clothes and prices but I donāt know how management can get so many girls, that are always in a bad mood at one place at the same timeā¦customer service is TERRIBLE!

$10 rack is all I need to say! I got this beautiful top and many others, including a Jean jumper and skirts, all $10 each! I love the Hanes Mall in Winston Salem, NC and the Crabtree Mall in Raleigh locations!

I love the clothes in there bout uncomfortable because I feel like they keep following or watching you which feel weird I know they try to help but I think they kinda did extra so I just ordering online when I needed to .

The girls in that store are mean. Before being a sales person be a person. Homophobics and very rude people.My partner and I felt completely discrimintaded.

The staff was very helpful. They were quick to open the dressing room and to bring me a size up that I needed.The store is always well kept and they have a really cute selection of clothes. Love this store!
