Just left Wood Forest bank, okay so I am waiting in line, there are 3 tellers, when my time came, the Short, Black, Female, walked away, so I am left standing there, she was the only free teller at that time! Then, a Hispanic teller, waited on me, now when the rude short black woman saw that she was next in line to assist me,she walked away, left her station, a man walked up and she raced back to her station and began assisting him!!I have noticed in past visits she presents as unfriendly, not personable and Extremely rude! I do my deposit and went back to my vehicle and pondered over her mistreatment! I called the Corporate office and was given the Branch Managers name, which was Esmeralda.I went back inside and spoke with her, I told her that I was mistreated unfairly.She replied, I was the one that assisted you. I replied, then you must have noticed that Tellers actions! She agreed that she had witnessed it! She would not give me the Rude Tellers name! I have been banking with them for quite awhile and I think something needs to be done or said to the Rude Black woman!If the employees at the bank cannot be professional, and pick and choose who they wait on, they need to be dismissed, or reprimanded, some action taken against that employee! What kind of manager agrees that they saw what had transpired, and turn a blind eye! Apparently they are desperate to hold on to, Rude incompetent Tellers!Corporate needs to investigate actions such as this!I am Incensed!This occurred on 3/5/2024 @ 12:15 pm!She was the Only Black working this day, should be easy enough to identify who she is!

First bank I have used in NC. Love them always pleasant tellers. Great place to bank at. Reasonable help even on down times. Greatfull for the experience and continued ransactions with them.

I opened an account with my under aged child for direct deposit of back pay settlement. I found out that her grandmother (father's mother) has account with my child on it as well. I told them to make sure they correctly & properly set up my account cause I don't want no mix ups. Lo and behold I get a call from the grandmother 2 days ago telling me that she was getting account email updates & transaction emails of my account. Now this lady knows my financial info that I didn't share with her. Woodforest branch office didn't correctly do their job when they set up my account and they gave my personal/ account information out.
