About 3 to 4 weeks ago my parents bought a new bed set from aarons. Come to find out the bed set had bedbugs inside of it. Claiming they spray all furniture new and old. They don't wanna be responsible for it. And still expect them to pay for it. My parents are old , very clean and never had this problem and no pets. They're old and barely leave the house. Never have guests over. My dad has heart trouble.No accountability at all. They don't want the set back or help treat my parents house. I will be going to the news to expose them and lawyer up. These furniture companies are scamming

The delivery drivers acted like their job was a bother and very ignorant telling me they can't do something after I spoke to the main guy at the store so he thought he'd be smart and call the store and he was told to do it ..now I do understand that their job is hard in the heat and moving heavy appliances but there is no reason to speak to a customer disrespectfully...

I am a first time customer with Aaron Rent To Own. I am more than satisfied. They answer the phones cause money is on the end of it. Since a purchase was made, and they did not sale my product to someone else. I give them a Bucket of Stars. Please call them or just stop by at 10am.

I love Aaron's but except the one day late fee they need to give people more time to get the money up after they have paid other bills. Not being rude.

Nice and friendly staff and easy approval for credit. Selection is limited and over priced. Also, if one day late they will start calling you. If you are up to 5 days late they will be at your door, looking to collect their property. You get no wiggle room with the payments. Late fee after 1 day late and for me was $12 on a $50.00 payment. That seems a little steep. I have been one day late one time and learned my lesson. Will not do that again.

As a longtime repeat customer of over three years, I've always enjoyed dealing with Mr. Clayton. However, during my visit last Friday, I was assisted by Miss Dajah, who was equally phenomenal, especially after an unpleasant experience at Aaron's.Living 20 minutes away, my husband and I were hesitant, but Miss Dajah's assistance over the phone convinced us to return. Once there, we shopped, made our choices, and were attended to by Jerome, the manager on duty. Though initially stern, a little conversation revealed him to be quite decent.The delivery guys, including Ty(Ty the Man), were great, and even the other guy with him which as bald headed to give a description who had seemed attitudinal in the past was much improved. All in all, we are pleased with our purchase and expect to return once it's paid in full. Despite saying many times that I wouldn't be back, as Mr. Clayton always joked, "never say never!"If you're looking for reasonable items and superior customer service, I highly recommend them – a far better choice than Badcock in my opinion.

I have never had any issues. I have purchased washer, dryer, fireplace, 2 computers, bedroom sets, living room accessories. Mrs.T (don’t want to misspell her name) and Clayton are the best. I recommend everyone to shop at this Aaron’s in Winterville NC. Enjoy your purchase!
