Burlington is a store known for good deals and excellent prices on a wide range of items. It offers everything from clothing for kids, juniors, men, and ladies to shoes, handbags, accessories, and an extensive assortment of household items. Shoppers can find great deals and stay on trend, often during store-wide events like the Summer Clearance. However, the store has significant drawbacks. The checkout process is very slow, with long lines and a minimum 15-20 minute wait, and cashiers are sometimes inattentive. A major frustration is the extremely limited fitting rooms, with only one or two for the entire store, leading to waits up to 40 minutes. The bathrooms are reported as dirty. Furthermore, store hours are not reliably honored, with doors sometimes locked well before the posted closing time, frustrating customers. Despite the good deals, these issues affect the shopping experience.
Cannot bring your shopping cart to your car so I had to carry all of the household items including a decorative mirror I purchased by myself which is such an odd take and experience. Thrown off. Weird way to treat your customers Will not be returning

I love this place! They have a great variety of items from baby stuff and toys, to shoes, makeup, and bags. Fair prices and a huge parking lot.
