They need to open up more if they took over US Cellular people shouldn’t have to spend all the long time in T Mobile like that. Then hire more people to help the situation.”

“Cricket wireless on 10th street was simply amazing.They helped me pick out the phone that I needed a downloaded.Everything from my old phone onto the new phone. Extremely helpful staff.I would highly recommend them. However, the one on Greenville boulevard, horrible customer service.The girl never left the counter didn't walk out onto the floor to help me with a phone.She could have cared less that I was even there with my daughter. We walked out and went to the store on tenth street for a much better experience.”
