I tried to exchange a sliding glass door that was damaged when purchased from another store, ( the store I originally purchased it from was out of stock and my contractor had already removed my old one) and I was refused the exchange and told me pretty much to kick rocks and buy another one at 600$. I called the 1800 customer service number and they stated that the manager would call me but that never happened. The management is a joke at this store and doesn’t do anything based off policy just off how they are feeling that day it seems and that’s not right. Forcing someone to buy the same item twice because because they can is ridiculous. I’d give zero stars if possible and I’m not shopping there for the rest of my home remodel. Home Depot has a new customer!

I bought a Craftsman riding lawnmower in May of 2024. It was supposed to have come completely assembled, but it wasn't. The seat was not properly attached & the bolts that were supposed to stabilize it, were not on the lawnmower. Since the seat is not stabilized, it is a BIG safety issue, & very dangerous to run. The seat wobbles & lawnmower dies when going over a small bump. It's under Craftsman warranty for 2 years, but I couldn't afford a $300 added Lowe's protection plan. I have called both Lowe's & Craftsman, & neither wants to take responsibility for their defect. So now, I have a 2000 dollar lawnmower that is completely useless. Don't waste your time or money. Extremely disappointed with Lowe's and Craftsman. Very incompetent!

I was there today, my husband sent me for some tools and I have absolutely no knowledge of tools or the set up of Lowe’s. A worker in the tool section named Joe helped me with everything I needed, my husband got the job done. Could not have done it without the help of Joe! You deserve a raise!

Cynthia and Cory brought my pickup order to the front and loaded it up in my car without me having to do anything but tell them where it goes. They made this quickest most efficient pickup I’ve ever experienced. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Thank you Cory and and Cynthia!!

The Lowe’s contracted spirit company refused to deliver the following order to me this morning. See order 100901179240297888. He claims he can only drop it off next to the road. No one knows where the order is no to resolve the issue. Per my spl instructions the delivery was to be behind the house.

Corporate should do this store a favor and fire the store manager, the assistant store managers, and clean out those running customer service. I've never experienced such levels of laziness, rudeness, and incompetence until shopping here in the past year. Just absolutely disappointed and disgusted in the overall experience of shopping here.
