The young lady who assisted me (Terminal POS7350A, Employee #203532) was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and made sure that every detail of my package was correct before sending it off. She didn’t rush the process, and she made sure I understood everything, which I truly appreciated.
What stood out the most was her willingness to go above and beyond. She demonstrated genuine care, professionalism, and a positive attitude the entire time. In today’s world, it’s not every day that you encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and provides service with excellence.
Because of her, my visit was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She is truly an asset to this location and represents the company very well. I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves—whether that be a raise, bonus, or formal acknowledgment.
