I've consistently had a great experience with the Winterville USPS. My packages have always been delivered on time without any issues, which I really appreciate. Whenever I stop by the post office in person, there's never a wait — I'm always helped right away. The staff is efficient, friendly, and provides great customer service every time. It's refreshing to have a local post office that runs so smoothly!

I’m shocked at the low reviews for this post office. I’ve lived here for over 14 years and have never had one bad interaction there and I’m in the post office very often. Mailing things off, getting stamps, etc.
The staff has always been incredibly kind they work fast in my experience.

Missing an entire week of mail. Not sure if the carrier stole it or threw it away. Also my package was delivered to the wrong address. Not sure if I’ll ever get it

I can’t speak to lost mail and packages because I haven’t experienced that but every time I go in the employees here are so welcoming and kind. It has become my favorite post office!

I usually don't leave reviews on anything unless it was either really great or just plain awful. I had sent off my college documents and not only did they lose it but they offered no way of returning it or figuring out who had it last when delivering. There was a return address on that letter and yet they never gave it back. It's really unacceptable so in terms of important documents, just go somewhere else to make sure it gets delivered.

Why do I get junk mail but three times my mail from the DMV has gone missing?? There's no accountability for the Post office. The supervisor at this post office is a very nice lady. Nothing she can do about the difficulty in receiving mail. I have heard that you can file a police report for theft.

Now I think about how long I’ve been waiting been 4-8 years now still no news,no signs or nothing about my 2023s tax papers and tax income check my business didn’t get paid yet so you know they’ll have to owe me 2018-2023 tax income checks and tax papers I know this a problem definitely need to be repaired and you can’t give multiple reviews either so you’ll have to edit your first review to make more recent everything about it needs to be repaired to.

I have mail forwarded every summer vacation. Or that’s what is promised to me. Family checks my mail box regularity, and there is ALWAYS mail in there, tons of mail. I have been late with tax payments, missed invitations, you name it. Someone drops the ball EVERY YEAR. If I could give a zero I would.For those who want real customer service, drive a few more miles to Ayden, , love them so much,
