“My family pets have been with the clinic about 6 months, and vet is very caring and great service. Especially with our two family cats! When one of them got hurt; I called the vet and they were very reactive, they were able to see our cat same day still providing great service! Would recommend for you and your pet.”

“New Review :We absolutely love everyone here. They are all caring, quick to respond and pay attention to detail. Recently, Our 11 y/o Rescue Toby was having occasional stomach issues and when we brought him in he was acting fine and checked out fine but Dr. Christian Proietto had a 'gut' feeling after noticing some tenderness so he ordered some Xrays.....And what did he find ??? A foreign object in his stomach. Dr. Christian rushed him to surgery and removed a ball inflator valve. It quite possibly has been there from before we adopted him. If it wasnt for Dr. Proietto's experience ,skill and attention to detail Toby could have died. All of you at Winterville Animal Care have our deepest appreciation.Toby is home recuperating and I have no doubt will make a full recovery and his tummy problems will subside.”

“I've been here 3x now - once to establish an appointment, once for grooming, and unfortunately once for an urgent reason. All appointments during COVID. Each time has been top tier with receptionists, techs, vets, being attentive and treating my dog with compassion and me with respect! Dr Ashlan has been top tier and especially Lauren, the groomer, who worked so well with my dog. She did a great cut on him (his first at 9 months) and was so patient with him being antsy and anxious. Great job to this place! 10/10 recommend!”

“Very happy with my visit here for 2 of my 4 cats. Called to make an appointment to talk about dentistry- they fit me in 1 week, w the dental procedure in 3 weeks. This was far superior to my past experiences of waiting 1+ months to see a vet. The vet did a thorough physical exam on both animals and caught physical exam findings I'd never noticed despite having been to the vet with them numerous times. It was not a cheap visit, but seems to run about industry standard for these things. I'll continue to come here because I think you get what you pay for, which in this instance, is excellent veterinary care. It was $50 for each cat for the visit and going to run ~300-500 each for the dental cleaning.”
