Every time I go here, there is always SOMETHING wrong. My order is wrong, a chicken piece missing, hard, dry fries, no dipping sauce, wrong order. Today when I came around the usual time I do, they had us wait 10 minutes in the drive thru JUST to tell us they didn't open for another 30 minutes. Hire more staff or something for crying out loud. How is this Bojangles still in business?? ? I've made sure to tell plenty of people NOT to come to this location.

Absolute garbage. They don't want to cook food after 8:30pm. They lied and said they ran out of the food.

Mismanaged garbage. Being an ex employee it's easy to tell how fresh the food it. Most needs to be made within 30 minutes of serving to the customer. This one (exit 23 on I-26) gives dry stale food about 80-90% of the time. Never go to this bojangles unless you want stale old bojangles. Also no rush at all in the food line. I saw 2 people just standing thereEdit 1: it's been a couple months so I decided to give it another shot and surprise surprise still the worst bojangles I've ever been too. Fries were dry and completely unseasoned. Buscuit and tea were good and the line was fast... it was a 2 star experience this time but it keeps its one star review for being an all around negative experience

If you are going to ask a customer who has ordered to sit in a parking space and wait 20 minutes for their biscuit, you should let them know before they pay so they can decide whether or not it's worth being late for work.I use this location once every two weeks or so, but I can't afford to allow for 30 minutes for "fast" food.Quite absurd.

I don't recommend this Bojangles. Last 3 times I've went they have either given the wrong side or just not given me sides or biscuits. Will never go back there again . Should be common

They just don't care about service. They cant be bothered to get an order right, and if you ask for Bo-Rounds you can hear them complaining, and then there is a 50/50 chance you will end up with fries.
