Today was our first time going to Shampoodles. My mini-doodles first grooming experience was terrible and she was so stressed out. I decided to try this dog salon, and could not be happier. I brought my doodle in so matted up and the staff were so nice about it. When I returned my baby was so happy and well taken care of. The groomer reported what a good girl she was through the process. The last place I took her to kept her for 5 hours and said she was tough to work with. I highly recommend, and this will be our usual spot for my sweet pup. Thank you for taking such good care of my Gracie Girl.

Shampoodles has the most trustworthy groomers & I adore Richard and his staff. The new location is lovely & I couldn’t be happier for the Shampoodles family. It’s so comforting to know I can drop off my fur baby with confidence, knowing she’ll be treated like the diva she is! Congrats on the additional locale!

Had to get a last minute schedule due to my old groomers no longer taking large dogs. My old groomer did me a favor because this new place did amazing.

Extremely poor customer service. Very mediocre grooming services. Long wait times to get appointments. Lack of attention to detail. Groomer plucked all ear hair from my poodle with notes that we never pluck due to ear infections. Owners response was "if you aren't happy with the service, find a new groomer. I am too busy to deal with unhappy customers". We will be finding a new groomer.

PLEASE look no further. We are here from Los angeles in NC for a family emergency and needed to find a groomer ASAP. After calling around town this place was so understanding and compassionate with us and took our doggie in immediately. The groomer was so sweet and we truly appreciate all you did for us and Lilly. You truly rock!! We strongly recommend this groomer and were extremely satisfied with his service. Thank you so so so much!!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with shampoodles. I was very excited to try them out, they were very nice over the phone and when I dropped her off. Unfortunately I picked up my dog and noticed her nail was bleeding really bad. I brought her back in to ask about it and the response they gave us was loosely,“she got jerky when we were clipping her nails. They shouldn’t walk on the pavement because when they kick off, it can shave their nails down.”They put some powder stuff on her nail and then told me not to let her walk on pavement for an hour. Fortunately my dog is small enough to carry to my car. If this would’ve happened with a bigger dog that you couldn’t carry I don’t know what they would’ve said.I feel like this was not the way they should’ve gone about this. Wish I would’ve been told all of this before I walked out the door and through the pavement parking lot. This would be a completely different story if they simply would’ve let me know that they might’ve cut them too short and to not let her walk on the pavement BEFORE I walked out the door. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
