Sean's Private Surf Instruction is Wrightsville Beach, NC’s premier and only year-round surf school. It offers private surf lessons and surf camps for people of all ages, shapes, and sorts. All instructors are CPR/First Aid certified, and the school is fully insured and permitted. Surfboards, wetsuits, and accessories are included. The instructors are amazing, helpful, super friendly, engaging, attentive, encouraging, and skilled. They prioritize safety and spend time on the sand covering safety and technique. They are incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging, sharing a ton of knowledge about how to catch waves and have fun in the ocean. They walk out into the water with students, offering thoughtful guidance. The experience is a blast, fantastic, absolutely great, and a truly five-star experience, fostering a real interest in surfing. Students catch some of the best waves of their lives and have a great introduction to surfing. Both adults and children have a fantastic time, leading to high recommendations and a desire to return for more lessons.
Worth every dollar! Had a tremendous experience learning to surf with Sean. Even though I had never surfed before, I was riding waves by the end of the session. Can't recommend enough. 10/10

I give him 5 stars because we are close friends and he makes it fun and easy to learn he's a down to earth person and our kids hangout
