“I am writing to let everyone know how wonderful the teller Kristen R. at branch #218 is. She is professional to the highest standard and extremely friendly. I appreciate her consistent happy demeanor and she is always very knowledgeable. Her willingness to go above and beyond in customer service is a credit to the establishment.”
“I have to say that Amber Burleson is an outstanding teller. She is highly professional and very knowledgeable. Amber is newer to the bank in Yadkinville per our discussion and FNB has found a true gem. She goes out of her way to be helpful and is so friendly and personable. I hope she stays in the area because she is the epitome of a marvelous person.”
“Great customer service always willing to help with whatever needs you have! RJ and staff are top notch , would definitely recommend if you were in need of a new bank to work with or just wanted to explore different routes!”
“Angela, the branch manager, was extremely kind and helpful as my family dealt with a fraud issue. She went above and beyond to assure that everything was safe and secure.”

“We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new bank. We could not have been more impressed with the service and personal attention. We were warmly greeted by Shirley the minute we walked in and she went out of her way to help us set up accounts as well as give local references for other providers we will be needing. We are so happy with our choice to bank with Skyline National!”
