It's hard to give them one star. They closed a newer location and kept open a small run down building. The drive thru is super slow( one lane ) although they are adding on the service will still be subpar. I've been in the line for 15 minutes and the car infront of me just cashed a check. It took another 10 minutes for them to process my payment.. The tellers are behind closed window blinds you have no face to face visual. Only a few more months and my mortgage will be paid off and I will not have to deal with this bank ever again.

I deal with this location all the time and have not encountered a single rude person . Yes the drive through is a little slow but not much slower than other high volume locations. I will continue to use this location and it’s friendly staff !

This bank and the tellers could use some chick fil a training. No one greets you when you walk in, there are no customer service skills present in the entire bank. No solution as to why my card will work online but not in stores, other than make an appointment for Monday or take out the cash you need. Have visited 2 times and both times I received the same poor service.

If I could give no stars, I would. Doesn't even deserve 1 starBeen sitting at this bank, all the time for at least 5-10 minutes with no word. Takes them forever just to deposit 1 check. Absolutely ridiculous! Definitely not coming here anymore, we've given way too many chances for this bank.

This is the worst bank I've ever had to use by far. The people here take forever, I've currently been sitting here for over 10mins with no answer trying to deposit 3 checks and just had to turn the car off as to not waste gas. I will be going to the one down the road from now because at least they are a bit more professional. This one does not need to be here and is truly pathetic

Attempted to cash a check written on one of their accounts, was informed of a fee to cash their own check and told all banks did so, when i informed her of the three banks i deal with that doesn't charge a fee i was called a liar, met the manager walking out of the branch and he confirmed the cashiers thoughts and was rude as well, avoid this bank at all coss!!!

Had to laugh when I pulled up to the bank to make a deposit and an armed security guard opened the door for me all that was missing was Barney Fife.

Never, EVER have I dealt with such a pathetic excuse for a bank. Since Capital Bank bought out Southern Community Bank several years ago (around 2012), everything has gone downhill and continues its descent. Good luck getting them to even answer the phone in Yadkinville. And they close at 4pm Mon-Thurs. Seriously? I'm not really even sure if it's Capital Bank, or First Tennessee Bank or First Horizon Nat'l Corporation. Each acquisition Capital Bank makes has marked another downturn for customers. The employee turnover in my local branch is almost laughable. One exception to the Yadkinville branch is Sarah Carter. She has actually been there a while and is very sweet and professional and helpful. Sadly, it's not enough when pitted against all the negative.
