“Staff at this location Ms. Sam and Mr. Saber , work extremely well as a team. This pair could most certainly train other staff in be personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I would consider them team leaders and product specialists.I honestly believe they should be sent to do seminars at your other locations how best to handle situations and I would go as far to say they would be assets on any team.(not just zirrus but any company , the pair could seriously quit & start their own business in customer satisfaction and how to efficiently manage a business and tour the world on how to be better customer service representatives , and make a fortune )It should go without saying they shouldbe rewarded for their good attitudes, skills, and extensive knowledge.Together and as individuals they were a pleasure. Their abilities to maintain good calm attitudes with a store over run with customers and difficult/stressful situations was unmatched and honestly impressive. Personally I exclusively would prefer to only deal with one of the two simply based on this experience alone. If I ever have anything to take care of be it complicated or simple, if they aren’t available I will be returning on a day that they are.My previous experience was not at all satisfactory, the employees were kind but the experience well to say it was stressful would be an understatement. I left extremely disappointed.There wasn’t a single question or concern that Saber and Sam couldn’t answer.They made an extremely frustrating experience a walk in the park.No personal information lost , no misleading information.I’m confident this is the typical experience customers who are fortunate enough to have the pleasure to be helped by either of them will agree with.I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience unless I was given a complimentary accessory or free month of my bill. They were an absolute joy. They never seemed irritated with a customer and there were several that they could’ve. They don’t provide customer service or support, Sam and Saber provide a customer care service that is unmatched and extremely rare , treating customers as people while maintaining a professional relationship.10/10 across the board for these two if you lose one or both you’ve certainly lost a damn good thing.”
