It is not the first time that I receive terrible customer service in this pharmacy, from the manager to the employees treating you like garbage or as if they are giving me the medicines, could this happen with Latinos only? Will it be racism? This is the only CVS pharmacy I've ever used in this country with horrible customer service and lousy treatment! This only happens at the pharmacy.

SHERRY is nasty, cruel pharmacist who does not belong in her current position. I’m a registered nurse and my life is caring for sick and injured people. Here’s what SHERRY did today: Having just returned from major surgery out of state, my mother dropped off my pain medication prescription. She offered my insurance card and NC driver license as well because the medication is a controlled substance. SHERRY rudely told my mother she had to wait until Monday to verify the pr

CVS is INEPT. Never had a good experience EVER with their timeliness, "bedside manner" or sense of urgency. They gave been caught in straight up lies before, and do NOTHING to remedy errors on their end and seem to struggle endlessly with common decency or manners. Unprofessional to say the least.

Gregory is very rude and has an attitude from the second you put your things on the register counter . I don’t know what his problem is. He’s always giving me and other customers a hard time. From now on I will only let Amanda ring me up.Shes only nice person that works there.

The staff at this CVS are very nice. However, Simone made the decision not to sell boxes of face mask as they did prior to COVID-19 pandemic. It wrong for CVS to not sell face mask on the shelves but sell them for $1.99 each individually. That’s price gouging! I paid less that $8 prior to the COVID-19 crisis for a box of 50. Why should give a good review of this business if your robbing people during a crisis. Shame on you! I’ve been a customer for many years and am contemplating moving my prescriptions to Another company.

My husband was just at the pharmacy. The Pharmacist was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge the customer in front of my husband. She left after waiting. My husband standing in front of the Pharmacist. He stayed on the phone again not acknowledging him. My husband had a clerk come up to him and he explained what he needed. She didn't take the time to listen and ignored him. He left disgusted and won't be back there again. CVS, you lost a customer.

I called to transfer my medications from another pharmacy around 11 am, waited on the phone for 20 minutes before I talked to the technician... she was in hurry and she didn’t bother to get the insurance information, I asked her to notify me when they are ready and I didn’t hear anything from them the rest of the day. I went to the store the second day nothing was ready because they don’t have my insurance informations, when I asked her why no one called me? She said she left early!!!!! These are maintenance medications, even the pharmacist didn’t even bother to apologize and when I expressed my frustration she asked me to be quite or I can transfer it to different pharmacy!!!!! Just like that, no customer service at all

I've been using this CVS since it opened years back and am impressed with the great, consistent service of both the retail and pharmacy staff. The pharmacists and technicians are always patient; I can't imagine how stressful that kind of job can be for the staff who have to juggle working with customers in the store, at the drive-thru and on the phone, filling prescriptions timely and accurately, and contacting insurance companies and doctors. With all of these tasks and more as I can imagine, they keep a smile and maintain a calm, professional demeanor. My prescriptions are always ready when I need them and the staff works hard to ensure any problems with my prescriptions are solved quickly and thoroughly. Kudos to the retail staff as well who keep the store clean and ALWAYS greet me when I come in.

Don't bother asking any questions they don't know the answer and the pharmacist will explain that she doesn't know while chewing gum in your ear.

Easily the worst - most irresponsible pharmacy (not just CVS - pharmacy) in all of North Carolina. The staff lost a critical prescription for my wife - the store manager sluffed it off as "we had a temp pharmacist filling in last week". Better to go with an overseas provider than this place.

The staff is always quick to acknowledge my presence, even when they're busy. Also, the pharmacist, Sherry, is consistently personable, friendly, remembers my name, and always asks about my family (she makes me look forward to picking up my prescription!). Prompt and friendly customer service!
