“Enjoying a late lunch. It's not too crowded because of the time but our server is attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the Chicken Cobb with and adult beverage and my husband had the Double smashed bacon burger with chips with a Red Oak beer. All really good. It's always too cold inside and lighting is too dark for my liking but everything else is good.”

“I had a great experience with Edward today! I regularly drop off multiple packages for my small business, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He scanned my packages and provided my receipt without making me feel like I was inconveniencing him.
This was especially appreciated after my experience yesterday at the Falls of Neuse Rd location, where I was scolded and publicly embarrassed for requesting receipts for my business packages (only brought in 13 packages by the way). The difference in customer service was night and day.
Edward treated me with kindness and professionalism and made what is a stressful part of running my business so much easier. He is a wonderful addition to this location, and I really appreciate his excellent customer service!”

“Aletha and her colleague were absolutely wonderful this morning! My minor son and I had an appointment for his passport, and we were in and out in about 5 minutes. Aletha was extremely helpful, kind, and made the entire process so easy. I highly recommend this office, especially if you’re looking for a less hectic experience than the busier Raleigh passport locations!”
