3 business days later, I still have a $175 hold for gas I purchased totally $53. Major inconvenience, first time I have had a hold placed on my card in over 20 years. If you need gas, or even an over priced bag of chips, skip this place and head down the road. Edit to the response: I am aware the bank determines hold, however it is the location itself that requests the hold in the first place.

Every time I come here and when I use the restroom, the restroom ALWAYS stinks of weed, and there’s weed all over the floor. It’s extremely off putting, and that one thing is almost enough to make me want to stop coming here.
Yeah, I get it that so many people are accepting of weed these days (despite the fact that it’s not legal in NC). But is it too much to take into consideration the fact that there are some of us who find that stuff absolutely repulsive?!

Every time I come here, the gas pump I pick doesn't work. Seriously every time. I've moved gas pumps multiple times before finding one that works here. The only reason I bother coming back is because I want Shell gas.Gas stations literally have ONE PURPOSE. That purpose is to SELL GAS. If the card reader or the gas pump doesn't work, then why are you here?Edit: to be clear, y'all have missed out on at least $500 in gas sales because I've taken my giant brodozer F-150 somewhere else for a fill up after your pumps didn't work.

Gas pumps are inconsistent with reading credit and debit cards. I used to love stopping here to get gas, but I chose different places more often than not now

After I spent 65$ in gas at the pump I went inside to get a drink the clerk told me she couldn’t sale it to me because I didn’t have a mask I told her I couldn’t wear oneI had medical issues that’s discrimination at its finest I won’t buy from that store or shell gas stations anymore
