“I went to this post office location for a passport appointment and was waited on by Kia. She advised me I needed my wedding certificate to show my name change. She not only directed me to where I could go to obtain that document, same day, but told me I could come back, same day, to finalize my passport application. She knew what an inconvenience it would have been to have to completely reschedule my appointment so she made sure I knew I could come back. I was able to obtain the document, went back to see Kia and finished the application (all total with drive to Holden Road in Wake Forest and back, it took less than an hour)! She was really friendly and efficient as well! Thank you Kia!”

“I’ve had several wonderful experiences using their pack, ship, and print services. One morning I came in with a last-minute sign I needed, and they had it finished before lunch—such a lifesaver! I’ve also shipped many items for our office through them and even picked up stamps while I was there, which makes it super convenient. On top of that, they have the cutest customizable wrapping paper—I spotted it while checking out and will definitely be back for that. Highly recommend!”

“My printer broke and I needed to print some forms off for my church group. Kinda pricey for just printing but definitely professional and quality. You get what you pay for. Very nice people and they work as a team to get you in and out and on with your day.”
