The manager there Allison goes out of way to make customers wait at the customer service counter. And usually I would not take time out of day to write a review but she repeatedly do this. She needs to be taught customer service 101 because she clearly doesn't know. I will continue to stay out of that store because FOOD LION doesn't care how their managers are treating the customers. I only hate I didn't record what happened yesterday but don't worry I will record her in the act.

The amount of people not wearing masks including employees that had their masks down not covering noses or mouths is ridiculous. I will drive a bit further to be safer

For several years this store has been my go to grocery in Zebulon, it had the freshest produce, decent meats and rarely out of my preferred items. About 2 years ago I stopped buying steaks there because they no longer tasted like beef and were very tough. 6 months ago I bought baby back ribs, prepared them as normal and they were so tough we couldn't eat them. Tried the ribs a second time, same thing. 3 days ago I bought Wonder Hamburger Buns, opened them tonight as we were grilling burgers, and every one of them had green mold. I am so disappointed in the declining quality of their products! I love shopping local businesses. I'm now traveling several miles for my groceries. Please go back to what you were Food Lion!

by giving you the items u paid for. I bought items using foodlion to go, went to pick them up and only 1 item was avail. I asked about the other 2 items and was told the items are on the truck in their parking lot but they have not unloaded yet. I asked if I could pick up in the morning and was told NO. I paid for the items and the items are their just not unloaded, so why can't I pick up when you unload it. was told to reorder items but by time I do that and the only time slots avail the items would be gone again. It's a waste if time. Not gonna give a tip and pay a fee for $1.50 jar of spaghetti sauce.

When are you going to step and start limiting purchases of cleaning/ disinfecting products, toilet paper etc. and/ or allowing a specific time for the elderly to shop.
